In September of 2022, my fiance and I contacted a salesman at the ******** ** Billion store, we live 5 hours away so the vehicle was bought sight unseen, with the assurances, in text, from the salesman there was nothing wrong and the vehicle was very clean and well maintained. *** following issues are my complaints.1. Picture online of the odometer showed ***** odd miles, the description said ****** some odd miles, even the paperwork that showed up to sign showed ****** some odd miles, the vehicle showed ** in ********** was ****** some odd miles. *** salesman and finance manager were very dismissive and said to return the vehicle if we didn't like it.2. *** vehicle is a Black Yukon that was blacked out, no chrome, when the vehicle got here we found out the vehicle was originally chrome that was just wrapped. ***re are several chips and bubbles all over the car where it was wrapped. Once again, salesman was dismissive. It will cost roughly $1,500-$2,000 to get it fixed correctly.3. Vehicle was gross and needed a detail, delivery driver smudged his hands all over the outside when he tried to get a paint chip and scratch to buff out. Unsure if he did it on his drive or came that way from the dealership, but he did admit to smudging his hand on it. ******** did agree to pay for detail and to get the chips/scratched touched up. Still waiting on that to come through though.4. Last but not least, vehicle came over mileage for an oil change and has a tire with a hole in it that needs repaired.Overall, very unhappy with the chrome that was wrapped and now we have to shell out $2k to repair, and that the miles were racked up by an employee and it was not advertised as such. We will now take an added ***** mile hit (about 5 months drive time) when the time comes for us to trade the vehicle in.Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle from Billion last year in October. I ended up canceling the warranty because I was selling the vehicle. I had equity in my warranty, so I was issued a $1400 check which was getting sent to billion. I called multiple times telling them that they would be receiving the check and not to send it to citizens because that loan was paid off (this was almost 2 months ago). Now Billion is telling me they sent it to Citizens and it hasnt been cashed and they cant do anything about it because citizens has no recollection of the check. Billion told me they could cancel the check they made out to citizens 1 and issue me another one. Which this is where we are now, I have not gotten any answers, someone has my money, and its been going on way to long. I need help because Im not getting any answers or help. This to me is fraud because someone has my $1400 and billion just points fingers instead of figuring it out. This is their issue because I told them not to send it off 2 months ago, but they did it anyway because there is obviously a lack of communication.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2011 ***** Pilot on Saturday 6/4/22 and since Saturday I had my vehicle in the shop twice for 2 different problems the first problem I had was on 6/6 it had a check engine light on I was told it was a o2 sensor and I was like ok they fixed it and then today I got it back 2 days ago and now it is back in the shop with something wrong with the battery or alternator and Im extremely disappointed they said it was inspected but it obviously wasnt I have never had such bad problems with a dealership I got a ***** because I was always told they last forever but this one seems to have a lot of problems and not one was mentioned to me they have tried fixing it but I dont know what they are doing and they should definitely fix all the problems before giving it back to me or give me a better vehicle that is in working condition because I cant even drive this one
