My son and I Purchased a used 2020 Kia Soul on 08/24/24. Signed the fiance g paperwork and drove the car off the lot. Was then contacted on 8/30/24 by finance manager that the bank was coming back with a stipulation I trade in one of the other cars I have. We had traded my son’s 2006 Sentra in on the new vehicle. On 08/30/24 my finance and I went to the dealership and spoke with Maggie B********. She told us about what the banks stipulation but said not to worry she was working with her contacts and would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. No contact from the dealership till 09/16/24 and received a voicemail from Dustin P********* saying “Hello Katherine and Grant this is Dustin P********* sales manager here , Edwards Nissan , and Kia in Council Bluffs . I need to get a hold of you guys as soon as possible . It sounds like the bank made an error on your loan to kick back your contract until we get this issue resolved we've got to get the 20 20 . Yes , all back So Work through this, the bank is tipping us to trade one of your open autos Instead of this car that we traded in on the 0 6 Nissan So we gotta get this thing figured out as soon as possible I need the soul back here today if at all possible You can reach us here at 7 1 2- 3 6 6- 9 4 8 1. My name again is Dustin P********* and I look forward to hearing back. Thank you…” I left a message for him, Maggie and the General Manager to call me back. As all this was going on today. My ex husband, my son’s dad called inquiring about the contact he spoke with Maggie numerous times today (9/16) Maggie informed him as a courtesy about how many loans I have after he explicitly told her we were not married and was only wanting to discuss contractual law. She also threatened that if we did not have the car back by 8pm tonight she was calling it in as stolen. It is 7:15 pm on 09/16/24 and I have yet to hear anything from the dealership.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima back in August of 2020, after purchasing the warranty and gap insurance I went back to the dealership to canceled it a month later. I was told that the cancelation money was going to be paid to the principal of my loan once cancelled. I waited a few months, went back to the dealership and they said my first intent to cancelled did not get done. I had to do the whole cancellation process all over again. We did the cancellation process a second time and I was told the same thing... that my money was going to be sent to the principal of my loan. This time only the money for the vehicle warranty was refunded, I'm still yet to receive the refund from the gap insurance. It's been a very frustrating situation that has taken way to long and still yet not been resolved. I've called the gap insurance customer service number a few times now, they keep referring me to the dealership and no one in the dealership seems to know where my refund money is. The gap insurance was going to reach out to the dealership for them to contact me days ago and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Very frustrated with this situation.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan SV Crew Cab on 11/21/2015 from Edwards Nissan in Council Bluffs IA. Also, I purchased an extended warranty via First Automotive for $1999.45 to cover an additional 84 month/100,000 in addition to the 3yr/36,000 manufacturers service agreement by Secure Net Maintenance Care. The extended contract covered Powertrain, Standard, High-Tech and Comprehensive components. On 11/10/2023, the vehicle was taken to Woodhouse Place Nissan on **** * ***** ***** ** for a 27-point inspection and oil change. The inspection found a number of diar fluid leaks to the power steering, timing cover and both differentials. They informed me the warranty had expired as of 11/25/2022. I showed them the paperwork where I should still be covered until 11/15/2025. I immediately contacted Edwards Nissan (Laura) and she informed me of the same status but found that there were two other sets of service contracts that they possessed, First Automotive and myself. My contract was signed and given to me the day of purchase along with the singes service agreement via Secure Net. Edwards would not honor the original contract but would negotiate a lesser cost for the repairs. I feel that this is a Breach of Contract and request to be made whole for the duration of my signed agreement.

Had my vehicle in for recall work and the tech got grease all over the inside of my vehicle on drivers side. They burnt the driver door arm rest and tore the weather stripping seal. The omaha area has 2 *** dealerships and neither of them can be trusted. I wouldn't take my vehicle to this dealers service department if they paid me, ever. I also am gathering the cost estimates and I will be filing a lawsuit through small claims against ***. I also will be contacting local news station once I do file my lawsuit to let them know what is going on and they can bring awareness. Tony, the service manager was unwilling to work with me as I wasnt asking for the moon here, but what wouldve probably only cost them less than a hundred dollars to fix their screwups, is now gonna cost them thousands. I have photos of my vehicle and good thing I keep meticulous records and photos of all my vehicles.
