My daughter and her grandma went here to buy her first car. They went here because the owner is family BIG MISTAKE. All they did was rip my daughter off. And ripped her off bad. First they charged her three times the amount her car was worth them since she bought the "warranty" she took it to them when stuff needed fixed but when she got it back the problem was never fixed. Not even six months after buying the car she needed a new engine, she took it to real value and they said 1400 and they would put a new engine in. So she paid the 1400 and they had the car for about two weeks and she got car back with "new" engine . Couple months later her car is over heating again. We took the car to a different shop had them look at it and they tell us all the things that need fixed on it. Motor mount needs fixed along with EVERYTHING that real value said they had fixed on her car. Nothing they said they fixed was even touched. She had to pay first 1200 then today another 1700 to fix all the things real value had supposedly fixed. All of this plus the three times amount the car was even worth. The car is only worth about three thousan. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS U LIKE GETTING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF

This place is literally the only business I have ever encountered where I will bother to leave a negative review at every opportunity that is presented. I spent so much money at this place on two separate vehicles and both were mechanically problematic. I traded in 2 vehicles and a down payment of $2000 for a vehicle that stayed in the shop.
What's the point of a "free labor" warranty when you always have to purchase parts to keep the vehicle running? After the 1st vehicle kept gong to the shop it was like pulling teeth to get into another vehicle. Both vehicles stayed in the shop constantly. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. 0/5 stars. Horrible business. They accused me of posting a pic of one of the vehicles I purchased and leaving a negative review (which I believe a staff probably did) . They promised "gas vouchers" for late paperwork they did wrong but never gave me the vouchers. I tried getting the second vehicle plated but the title wasn't sent to the *** in time so I was riding around with expired tags. *************************************************************** *********************** At the time I had the vehicles they had a tow truck, but they would always try and have me get the vehicles towed to the shop. All I have to say is remember this is indeed a "USED CAR DEALERSHIP"! *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******************************************************** The worst business to do business with. Avoid at all costs.

      Mr *****,

You are still bitter about your own decision making years later. The first suv you purchased from us was over 20 years old and almost everything about it was customized or aftermarket. For you to think that there would not have to be any money to maintain and keep it up is simply not smart or realistic. Then you trade it in and buy a truck. Roughly a year or so later their was approx $1500 worth of work that needed done. You also wanted to trade it in for a vehicle that better fit your child's needs. Again, your decision making not ours. There will be no further communication from us going forward regarding this review, especially as non constructive as it is. Have a quality day-

You are exactly correct. It was a very poor decision to go Real Value Auto. They do indeed keep 20+ year old vehicles on the lot that need an extreme amount of "maintenance" (blown engine, 2-3 A.C. Compressors within a few months) Then the next truck that I personally asked the owner for the most reliable vehicle on the lot. So he directed me the ***** Ram and then that engine also blew or "maintenance". The best thing about Real Value is they forced me to work on my credit score so I never have to deal with a used car company again.

I would like to start with the fact that if you really truly felt like Real Value Auto truly wronged you, you would not need to lie. This review could not possibly any further from the truth. In case of perception or opinion, there is gray area. However, we have all documentation to prove you are a bold face liar. Ask your Husband about one of the very last text messages he sent stating that regardless if we end up being Friends, he appreciates everything we have done for his Family. Real Value Auto will not be responding to this review going forward.
