I rented a bounce house, 3 tables and 18 chairs for my sons birthday party on July 10th 2022. I had called the night prior to see if they could come by at 11 when I had originally scheduled the delivery for 12. They assured me that it would only take 10 minutes to set everything up and we agreed to stick to the 12 oclock time even though the party started at 1. They arrived 40 minutes late. Guests were arriving before I could get the tables and chairs set up. The workers got the bounce houses set up and there was stale moldy rain water in the bounce house. It was unusable and they had to take it down. They said they could go back and bring another one but it would be an hour and half. By that time, it was 10 past 1 and the party would almost be over. My son and his friends were very disappointed. They charged my card $105 and are refusing to give me a refund.
