Working with Rhino Roofing to get our roof replaced due to hail damage was an overall good experience. Materials were delivered and installation occurred in a timely manner. The crew had a long day installing our roof. Throughout the day, they worked hard, were pleasant, and were responsive to questions when we had them. They were careful as they worked around our landscaping and did a nice job keeping things picked up throughout the day and cleaning up when they were finished. Our primary contact, Nate, was attentive and patient with our decision-making process and answered our questions all throughout the process. He was easy to contact and always responded promptly, which we appreciated. Nate explained the process well, kept us updated as the insurance and installation process moved along, and followed up several times after installation to see if there were any issues. He even returned to our house to personally touch up a minor aesthetic issue with a painted pipe. We appreciated that he respected our attention to detail. Our new roof looks good. It was a pleasure working with Nate, the crew, and Rhino Roofing in general to get it done and we would recommend them to others.

Travis and team (you know who you are), provided service that exceeded expectations. Travis is a very competent, bright, experienced and caring roofing contractor. Travis was the only contractor in my search to find one to reroof my house after a hail storm who explained how insurance companies make payments to home owner. Bid was clear with no ambiguous notations providing much needed trust in the process. Financial obligations were clearly explained. Entire process went through without hiccups with enthusiastic, friendly and competent team members and a great roofing crew helping the process along. Looking back, the project was executed without adding unnecessary stress, frustrations and unpleasant surprises.

Rhino Roofing are top notch professional roofers. They installed roofs on many of my properties and my Mom's farm and two local funeral homes. They use a trailer instead of a dumpster and this is removed right away. Quality roofing material, gutters, siding and workmanship. I highly recommend Travis and his crew. Dennis

Caleb Spence & Travis provided excellent customer service with fast responses by phone call or texts to my questions. I had Rhino Roofing install new shingles, roofing vents, new seamless gutter system, and vinyl siding! They were more than reasonably priced especially from other estimates I received from other local companies around my local area. The quality, efficiency to the jobs at hand, and the overall care of my home was exceptional! I contacted Rhino Roofing for an estimate for roof, gutter, soffit and siding replacement on my home. ****** the project manager was so responsive, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She provided a very competitive and comprehensive quote. On the day the job started, she and the crew arrived early and wasted no time getting to work. They worked in a quick manner but in a way that was very respectful of my property and my neighbors. There were 3 different crews over a 3 day period, each one completing their portion of the job. ****** was on sight and working all day on the first day, and returned each day to check in. She was also very responsive to my questions and kept me informed. I'm so pleased with the outcome and glad I chose Rhino as my contractor. She is a true professional.
