      Wyatt construction LLC is not a good company. They got paid for a job from a hail storm last year and have not finished the job. Its been a year and still nothing has been finished. They got the money and left the elderly lady and her handicapped daughter high and dry. I contacted the owner in December and he said he would get on it. He NEVER did! I put a thing on ******** about it and he was quick to respond then. Said he was going to get it done this week and hasnt touched it! Bad company do not trust a word he says. Oh he did have an employee call the elderly lady and said they are going to put a lean on her house because Wyatt construction LLC didnt pay him.

We take accusations of unfinished work and financial disputes very seriously, and we immediately investigate any such claims. Regarding the accusations of leaving a project incomplete and threatening to place a lien on a property, we assure you that such practices do not reflect our company's values or operations. We maintain open lines of communication with our clients and our subcontractors to prevent such unfortunate situations.

      Do not do business with Wyatt Construction! They took 1/2 the money for my project on 10/2/2023. When I called to see what was going on & why in January my project wasn't done nobody answers or return calls.Finally after sending a FB msg the owner responded with excuses. I asked for my money back. After much demanding my money be refunded the owner, ******* Wyatt agreed to refund my money. ******* refused to mail a check to me. On April 12, 2024, ******* said the check was in the office waiting for me to pick up. I kept asking him to just mail the check, I told him he was refunding money he didn't want to ********** didn't feel safe going to his office. ******* then blocked me so I now can not communicate with him because he doesn't answer his phone. On May 7th, my neighbor who is also being treated wrong by Wyatt construction let ******* know that ******* would be going to his office on May 8, 2024. ******* said fine, ok.On May 8, ***** ******* msg my neighbor & said he does not have my money. He said he can't pay what he doesn't have. Next attempt to regain my money, over $2000, will be small claims court.

      I would like to clarify that the information you have been provided is inaccurate. We had several meetings where we reassured you of our commitment to make the payment to you expeditiously. Today, I made numerous attempts to initiate the return of your payment. However, given your request for funds back, we have your materials in our possession, and we are left with no option but to retain them. We had previously communicated a start date for your project in late spring, and we have been conscientious in our dealings with you. While we appreciate your concerns, we have been completely transparent throughout this process. The check is still available at our office, and we regret any inconvenience that this matter has caused. We understand that this is not a typical occurrence, and we are committed to ensuring that our business dealings meet your expectations. I will endeavor to contact you again tomorrow to resolve this matter and ensure prompt payment.

      They are doing work for my daughter on her home. They started out great. Did her roof in a timely manner. They have yet to finish the job. Siding and a couple other things. They took the insurance money. They started this job in June 2023. She has called many times and they always assure her they will get the job done and yet she is still waiting as of March 2024.

We have been working diligently to complete most of the repairs, and we are actively waiting for the siding to arrive.

      We are one of the few local contractors in town, and we were hit by a massive hailstorm that caused a backlog in our workload. We appreciate all of our customers' patience during this time, and we want to assure you that we are working tirelessly to get everything done. We understand that your experience has not been great, and we apologize for that. 

      We want to let you know that we are working our way down the list, and we appreciate every one of our customers. We promise to complete ************ as soon as we possibly can. We are working day and night to get all of the hail-damaged homes repaired, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

      I reached out to have some interior work done. I was told that the project wouldn't be a problem and they'd get some numbers put together. After two weeks I found out the guys that came and looked at it dropped the ball and they needed to come look at it again. This time the owner, who is also my neighbor, came down to take a look. We had a good conversation and I was told that they'd do it and they'd get me the price. I told him I understood it wasn't a huge job and to give me the price that made sense for him to show up. He looked me in the eyes and shook my hand. Another two weeks go by and I hadn't heard anything. I called the office and left three messages with a human and he still never called. I finally heard back and once again they were apologetic, but promised they were working on it and wanted to come take another look to make sure everything was right, even giving me a rough price that I agreed to. So now here we are, four months after I initially reached out and was told yes. Now he's stating that it's not worth their time unless I want them to do more work (which makes little sense since I asked for the worth your while price) and that the job has to be rebid and I'd have to go to the end of the list. Won't answer his phone to talk. I ordered appliances and everything for this project and now I'm going to be scrambling because they won't fit without this work. THEY BROKE THEIR WORD FOR NO REASON. ONLY REACHED OUT TO COLLECT MONEY. ALL THE ROOFING IS SUB-CONTRACTED. STAY AWAY

We understand that you reached out to us for a quote, and we failed to provide you with the level of service you expected. We take full responsibility for the miscommunication and delay that occurred during this process. Regarding the rebidding of the job, we apologize for any confusion that *** have arisen. We understand that you requested a quote, and we provided you with a rough estimate, but we did not follow up in a timely manner. As a result, we understand that you made preparations for the project based on our initial agreement, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this *** have caused. We want to clarify that we had an employee who was let go due to poor performance, which *** have contributed to the miscommunication. Additionally, we were informed that there *** have been a personal issue with the customer that could have influenced the negative review. We always use the same subcontractor crews, and we have a great relationship with them. We always strive to provide top-quality work and maintain a great relationship with our customers. REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEW, we want to clarify that we had an understanding with the customer after speaking with him at his house that he would REMOVE ANY REVIEWS HE HAD MADE He texted me and mentioned that IT WOULD NOT LET HIM DELETE ALL THE REVIEWS, BUT HE DID DELETE THE REVIEW HE LEFT ON ********. UNFORTUNATELY, HE COULDN'T DELETE THE ****** AND BBB REVIEW AS THE PLATFORM WOULD NOT LET HIM. We apologize for any confusion that *** have occurred during this process of reading this review.
