I contacted L&N in August of 2021 to work on dock quotes to compare to other quotes I was receiving. In September of 2021 I let L&N know I would like to proceed with their dock and the price they quoted for a spring install. I was told by their sales person I was on the schedule and would have my new dock before Memorial Day of 2022. He was going to get me a sales order so I could get my down payment in. A month later I communicated with him again that I had not received my sales order so I can send in my down payment, and inquired how to send it in. He responded that I was good to go for spring and not to worry, it would come in the mail. By this time I feel like I am pulling teeth with the texts. So in November I emailed all the information to their main office email to make sure it was at least on record. Still no response. I tried calling the office a couple times, once after work, once on lunch, no answer. Middle February 2022 I call the office again and get someone to answer, they have no record of anything. I send them the quote, communications, previous email. Nothing they can do, they could add me to the list now, oh and the price is now 6,000 more than previously quoted. They would not honor anything. All they kept saying essentially is it was my problem and this was the best they could do. Horrible Experience. I would not recommend.
