This business continues to try and collect payments from us after we have already returned our water softener. We even took pictures of us returning the softener because of how poorly this business was run and we didnt trust them. They wouldnt give us any documentation and said their computer system was hacked and they could only continue to charge us.Business response

They are never in during business hours. Never answer the phone. In the rare times they do they still cant accept payment. I am trying to cancel but they wont answer for that. They made it very difficult for auto pay hence the reason Ive had to call in every month for payments. I shouldnt try to call them 4+ times a month to get no resolution. I started a new company on 11/2/23 but they wont answer for me to cancel. Please help me. I have no other choice since they are never there.Business response

During 2023 Linco Water had a lot of issues concerning our internet, phones and staffing. We sent over **** letters letting our customers know about the issues and most have been very patient with us. I spoke to **************** on several occasions and let him know that our computers had been tampered with and that we had bee unable to except credit cards. However he could send a check in but only wished to pay by credit card. Also , there were only two of us on staff ; we were either at the shop or on service calls. No late were ever charged to any customer at **********************. Until after the first of Jan, **** our systems are back up and running and are now safe and business is stronger and better than ever. *************** can contact us now at anytimeCustomer response
