Not sure of exact date, think maybe Feb walk in door to garage was still under warranty and needed to be replaced They replaced it in the spring. didn't get it to seal right so had our contractor do it The paint around the window was all peeling off. Took pictures of that in April. They were supposed to have it repainted. Still not done. They don't answer their phone, if you leave a message they don't get back to you. Finally drove out there. They said they would get painter out here. We are tired of looking at this door with the peeling paint. We just want it taken care of. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciatedBusiness response

Our Service Manager, *************************, contacted and has spoken with ***************** A replacement entry door panel has been ordered and will be finished and installed to complete the project. Our office will be contacting **************** after the first of the year once the timing of the door panel's arrival and finishing is known so a date can be scheduled to install the panel. Our team would like to express our apologies to **************** for the inconvenience he and his family have incurred during the delay of their project's completion.

I am rejecting this response because: I will not be satisfied until the door is done. we have been told so many times it will be taken care of and it hasn't been. I looked back thru my 2023 calendar and found the first date all this started. It was January 26. So as I have said, when it is complete I will let this matter go.
