              Not worth the time.We started working with Alair late 2020. We did their project planning stage for about 4 months and decided that we had already invested this much with them we would go ahead and hire them for our custom home build.We worked with 5 project managers during the build and none of them took the time to understand the project. 2 of them are no longer with the company, 1 was the owner and said he'd just do it himself. That lasted around a month. Then he hired a new guy that was there till the end and was our main contacted with Alair. Towards the end of the project they bring in another new guy that admitted to us that he didn't know why he was there.They destroyed our property and charged us to repair it. The project isn't yet completed but I bet they find a way to charge us for this review as well. This is costing over $300/SQFT. More than twice the national average.My suggestion would be to find another contractor, these guys don't know what they are doing.
