My wife and I have contacted this business in the last 3 months to have their generic renters insurance canceled because we are going through our own private insurance now. We have been charged three times. $15.02 the the months of May, June and July. We have specifically requested that they cancel the insurance so that we are not charged a monthly premium. They have not done so, and so my wife and I are taking the matters into our own hands by contacting the insurance company. We have been on hold with this insurance company for over an hour and still holding. My best guess is that the employees at Liberty lake apartments are lazy and incompetent and don't want to deal with this insurance company. My wife and I are fed up and we demand that Liberty lake apartments contact the insurance company and finish the job that they are supposed to do.
