************************* at US Compliance Services has been a GODSEND to me! The company I work for acquired a new company based out of ** that required us to obtain a DOT # for some of our vehicles. At first, I thought, well, how hard can that be? I tried to figure it out on my own, I googled everything I could, and the more I googled, the more confused I got. There were SO MANY requirements that needed to be met such as registering our drivers into a drug/alcohol consortium, registering for a safety reporting system, safety audits, heavy usage tax and weight and distance taxes. It was all FOREIGN to me! I was so overwhelmed, because I knew the outcome of NOT being compliant could result in our drivers losing their CDL's, it could result in our company being hit with huge fines and losing days or weeks of being able to operate. When I first called, I was STRESSED, but all of a sudden, a gentleman answered and said this is ******************, how can I help you, and the rest is history. He is responsive, supportive, thorough, he has come through in clutch situations where I call him last minute on a Friday and need travel permits for the following Monday, and through it all he has always had a contagious personality that relieves my stress and brings humor to the whatever the situation is and MOST IMPORTANTLY he has kept us compliant and able to continue to carry on our day to day business. Misrepresented their company as a government entity and tried to sell products that were not required. They were told that no business was conducted out of state but insisted on selling items only required for out of state business. Still waiting for refund. Not worth one star.
