I have been a patient of *********************, PA. Her office has been neglecting to help me receive cares. It initially started with them refusing to fill out medication pre-authorization forms. ***** stated that she would fill it out but my insurance never received it. I called multiple times and my insurances faxed the form several times with no response. I cancelled an appt with them and they still charged me staying I missed it. Recently, I scheduled an appt for 10/31 and they said they would refill my antidepressants to get me through until I had my appt because I was completely out. My prescription was never refilled and the day of my appt I went to check in online and they never had it scheduled. I called at the time of my appt and they did not answer so I left a message with what was going on, saying I needed a new appt and that I still needed my meds refilled. No call back from them. I have called several times since then with no one answering the phone and have left messages with no response. I have been out out my antidepressants for over a month now and it is severally affecting my mental and physical health and no one from their office will help me. I am also out of other medications that they manage too.Business response

To Whom It May ******************** am writing to apologize for any frustrations you may have experienced in the process of working with one of our providers. As the owner of the organization I want to ensure that we take care of our customers and work together to support our community.
Our medical providers are required to follow the strictest standards of care and must follow strict guidelines to ensure high quality mental health care. We closely track all medication prescribed, appointments made,appointments missed and even each missed phone call from our clients. We also must follow strict privacy guidelines and cannot discuss a specific case in an online forum.
I have closely reviewed the facts and while we have no record of missed calls, and have reached out to contact multiple times,we continue to be fully willing to find resolution. Our office director reached out again directly on 11/18/22 to attempt to resolve this issue.
We continue to be available to discuss options including refunding missed appointment fees and helping you find a medical provider who may work better for you. Again, we encourage you to reach out to our office.
