Trying to clip the coupons and learn the app but it is NOT straight forward. ******* and wont even work at my house where the wi-fi is good. At the store the connection is always poor and difficult to get the food for the price it is marked as. No, Albertsons has no problem over charging and this is almost every trip to the overpriced place. Shop somewhere else if you want a square deal.Review from Joyce B

I bought a dozen eggs on July 19. Did not even think to check the expiration date. The eggs were stamped best by 5/03/2024 . guess thats why they were on sale last week?I bought blueberries on sale the same day. The container had many, many rotted berries. Has to check each handful carefully and clean out the many bad ones.Review from Vanessa R

The security guard is very rude he literally grabs a cart and follows me everywhere I go in the store using the cart to support his weight one step behind me every time I go in I've never stolen from there I'm respectful and it never fails he has no boundaries and no respectReview from Jeff B

Deceptive Pricing Policy I signed up for the Albertsons app and clipped all the coupons. One of the items was on sale for $9.97, and I confirmed that I had electronically clipped the deal. However, when checking out, and entering my phone number, the item charged the regular price of $23!!! Thankfully I caught it, but even the sales rep had troubles entering the sales price. Why is it, Albertsons has no problem over-charging customers? Seems like their unreliable process of having toclip coupons to get the sale price is bordering on fraud.Beware of their outrageous pricing policies and check every item you purchase.Review from Mi M

ripped off by ********* no apology or even a reply from them I ordered small for a pick up over 2 hours later. Arrived early for the pick up. No one come to deliver our order NO OTHER customers were in pick up. We called, put on hold over 10 minutes. Went in, **************** NO HELP, managers no where to be found, no one at all in the pick up and go area. When the lady finally went in, she sternly said "YOU NEED TO GET IN YO CAH" She brought out an order, for a car that pulled up at 533pm, some time later she brought our order but refused to put it in the car. she just stood on the far side until I got out and she handed me our bags. Later that night, we looked and saw that our account was charged almost $15 after 5pm, reason unknown, we didn't buy anything when we got there, we had paid for our order when we placed it sometime around 2pm, we did not authorize that charge, contacted ********* email text call and never heard a thing, over 2 weeks since, as far as we know someone at albertsons got our info thru the order we placed and got something for themselves, we didnt get it or help from albertsons resolving that or the bs on the pick up order, we had to cancel that account and reopen a new one to protect ourselves, as the $15 dollars was probably a test to see if they could order and would likely be followed by several hundred or thousands of dollars charged to our account. We couldn't hope that wouldn't happen we had to protect ourselves since Albertsons made no effort to. If it happened to us, it will happen to you or your friends and family. Dont shop at all at albersons, go anywhere else, or this will happen to you.Review from Brian J

I don't have any money for a delivery fee of any kind. I specially chose to order my groceries online today from the Albertsons website because they had a free fresh pass trial. Upon check out, everything on the order summary was set and looking good. All discounts, promo code applied and set. Remember, I don't have a single dollar for the moment so I'm paying with my EBT which was reloaded as of midnight and I haven't used it yet. Long story short, I couldn't place my order because Albertsons kept charging my debt card $5 which I don't have! After an hour and half phone call, at the very end I'm told to check with my EBT provider first before they can make a report because they can't "Assume" anything. I've ordered online with my EBT and never had an issue anywhere else. They kept insisting to "try a different browser" "clear my history". Like, the issue couldn't be any more clear and straight forward. It's practically like they were not paying full enough attention to what I was saying regardless of how many times I kept patiently repeating myself. At some point I'm told that the fee was a "Driver fee" but if it was as simple as that, why did the phone call take as long as it did!? It seems like the answer that was given was something they pulled out of their **** just to shut me up. Albertsons website says nothing about the $5.I've just now spent a complete, from start to finish 4 and a half hours of my time! Nothing anyone can do to wipe this stupid fee so I can place my order. So in other words, the company is just robbing people behind their backs. Great F***ing customer support. 1 star shouldn't even be given an option to provide.Review from Ricardo T

The store staff is racist, and they don't hide it very well. I've gone to this store a few times and have been treated with disrespect by either the staff or the dirty a** customers who shop here. Idiot clerks like to make race jokes about me when I'm in the store and then go run and hide. One old lady in the store accused me of tampering with produce when I returned it, and another lady had an attitude when she had to help me in Deli. This company does not need to stay in business if they can't get with the times. PeriodReview from MARINELA C

I purchased a sephora gift card back in 09/15/23 for $100 and nothing was loaded on the *** I tried to call the local albertsons in LA ****** Where i purchased the gift card And they said they don't deal with this situations and they Told me to call the gift card department I called they gave me a claim number# ****** Which was totally useless.Because up to now nobody followed up. I said numerous emails. And I was told to contact Sephora at one point which they said they're also not responsible for and I was also Going to write a review on Them also because I'm being passed on back-and-forth in 4 months after there's still no resolution. I cannot believe this is taken a long time to refund. And they could not figure out what happened or where it went wrong. This is totally unfair to the consumer. I don't know where to take the issue to- nobody is responding. For sure I am never buying any gift cards going forward just use Zelle. I hope somebody sees this and process the refund
