In July of 2023 I was getting ready to sell my home in *****'s north end. The realtor suggested TLC to clean up my flower beds. TLC brought in a tractor and skimmed the flower bed destroying plants that I had cultivated over the past 35 years. *** agreed to plant a number of plants to improve the appearance of the flower bed so I could sell my home. After all, better marketing my home was the goal. I was quoted a price at the beginning and was not consulted for any increase in cost and when I received the invoice it was $1'200 more than quoted billing me for the flowers and additional work they had done because I was so upset. This is the worst business experience that I have ever had and warn you to avoid TLC

************************* hired us to cleanup his yard, prune shrubs, fill in holes in the backyard, install black mulch and remove weeds to prepare his home for sale in July 2023. We agreed to a price of $1,300. After we started the work, ****** requested we also remove a frame around his hot tub, which we did at no additional charge. After we removed the weeds and some groundcover plants that were too full of weeds and grasses to be salvaged, ****** accused us of killing all his front plants. When **** came over to inspect, he showed ****** that they were not dead, and several weeks later I verified they were growing back. We installed several new plants to ******** the area, and installed driplines for an additional cost of $800, which ****** approved. At the conclusion of the project, ****** was billed many times, and despite **** not adding interest for late payment, ****** only paid the beginning agreed to amount of $1,300 in April of 2024, 7 months late. The real ***** here is ******.

TLC broke our sprinkler system last fall blowing it out and now have not answered our numerous email inquiries or phone calls. Can't leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full either. Update** They finally got a hold of us basically only because of this negative review, asked us to take it down and that they would come take a look at it on Monday. They then proceeded to not show up on Monday and ghosted us again. Have called, left voicemails (finally able to) and texted multiple times. Nothing. Its going to cost us a lot of money to fix what they broke and our yard is dying as we are out of state and its not our tenants responsibility to hand water the grass. Edit Two** After not hearing anything for a week and a half, we randomly got a call from a tech 10 minutes away from our house coming to look at the sprinkler system. Even though again, they are the ones who broke the system last fall, **** (the owner), continued to blame everything he could come up with instead of taking responsibility for his companys actions. He then straight up lied to us, said there was a leak when they turned the system on and they were going to have to dig it up and replace multiple valves, stating the bill was $900. When we calmly asked for details he threw a fit and hung up on us. We called the tech back and confirmed that he did not get the water running at all, there had been no water on at any point while he was there. So how was the pipe leaking when the water was turned on, if the water had never actually been turned on in the first place? **** is not answering any of our phone calls and you cant leave a message, as the mailbox is full. We will be getting the state attorney generals office involved and we suggest you steer far away from this company.

I hired TLC to prepare an area in my yard for a shed. On 1/14/2022, They used a skidster to do the work and to bring gravel to the excavation site. Unfortunately, they failed to take due care to avoid lawn and patio damage as they continuously crossed my yard from the street. ****, the owner, was out of the country and his *******, left early in the afternoon as work continued, leaving the contracted workers completing the work unsupervised. Afterwards, I requested that the damage to my yard and patio be repaired. TLC REFUSED to make these repairs and now I have a damaged patio and ruts across my lawn.
