I have purchased 2 pair of glasses from Artisan Optics. One pair does not sit on my face evenly- one lens is higher than the other. I have returned several times and they have used heat to make an adjustment. The fix is very temporary. After a day or two the unevenness recurs. My vision is compromised. The second pair slides down my noise and I continually push them up so that I can see through the bifocal part. Friends have commented how I am constantly adjusting my glasses. I again went in for adjustments but a permanent solution was not provided. I know it is unusual that I am having difficulty with both pairs. I have spoken with the supervisor and his solution is to come in for an adjustment. He is not listening to me that I have been in more than 5 times. I am hoping that your communication with Artisan Optics will help me resolve this difficult solution.Business response

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our business did not meet your expectations. We take all customer feedback seriously. Please know your situation is an exception. It is extremely rare that someone is dissatisfied with their frame selection. In your case, one of your frames is 18 months old and the other is over 8 months old.Your grievance caught us by surprise. As recently as a couple of months ago you purchased custom-made sunclips for both pairs. Our recommendation is an adjustment to each of the frames with the sunclips on and off. That way we can evaluate the fit of the sunclip and ensure there is no undue pressure being placed on the frame when putting on or taking off the sunclip, which could affect frame adjustment. Please be sure to use the sunclip specific cases to store your sunclips when not in use. If the sunclip is on a frame and then placed in a frame case it can cause the frame to move out of adjustment which can cause a frame to sit unevenly or move out of position.
