On March 31st I bought a pickup truck from Riverside Auto Center. Within a month my brake pads are metal on metal and the front end after inspection needs about **** worth of work. When at the shop having it inspected the tech informed me that all of the issues were more likely to have started or been going on at the time of purchase. I have less than **** miles on the truck since purchase and havent had it quite 30 days. When contacting the dealership, they mentioned that the mechanics inspection showed that the rear rotors had existing ******. When asked what they did to remedy that I was told they did nothing. The truck needs a little over $2,000.00 of repair and shop work and the dealership is only willing to cover $750.00 despite them already knowing about the flaws.Business response

The customer purchased the vehicle, 2008 **** F250 with ******* miles on March 31, 2023.
I spoke with Cordelle regarding his concerns, from an inspection at ******************* in *************.
They stated it needed rear end work and rear disc brake repair, (calipers, seals, pads, & rotors).
The vehicle was sold "AS IS", with the customer signing the Buyers Guide and the Due Bill.
I spoke with the customer and said the technician stated there was some "grooves" in the rotor, but the brake pads were good, so no replacement needed at this time.
After visiting with the customer, as a good will gesture, I stated we would pay for the brakes.
Cordelle agreed that would resolve the issue.
I was then surprised to receive an email from the Better Business Bureau.
I immediately sent an email to ********, asking why he submitted a complaint after we had already agreed on a resolution. He stated his father put in the complaint, despite him wanting
him to. He said he would contact BBB, Friday April 28th, in the morning and update them on the agreement.
I told him I would appreciate that.
I was under the impression that this issue was resolved.
