I contacted *** regarding a leak coming from the area of a bathroom fan vent. He promptly arrived as scheduled, inspected the roof, identified the problem as an inappropriate vent that allowed seepage, had the correct vent with him, and replaced the vent, documenting the old and new with photographs. All done and dusted less than 24 hours from my original call. *** was very nice and knowledgeable. I would absolutely call him again with any roof-related issues.Review from Barbra Y

We needed a repair where our roof was leaking. *** came to do an estimate in a timely manner. He explained in depth what the problem was and had a bid to us later that day. Once we accepted his bid, he was back 2 days later to do the repair! He took lots of pictures of the damage as well as his work in progress and the finished project. **** Roofing went above and beyond in replacing my fathers roof. *** provided a detailed quote, kept my father and I informed about minor delays due to weather and replaced the roof within a two day period. *** was professional, stayed in communication and made sure my dad was informed throughout the process. Roy's Roofing was friendly, professional, and prompt. He assisted from the beginning of our roof replacement dealing with the adjuster and insurance, until the roof was completed. He provided all necessary information from choosing proper roofing materials to dealing with our claim. He kept us informed throughout the entire project. He and his crew left our property clean and completed project as bid. Highly recommend!Review from Betty G

Roy's Roofing has just recently completed removing and replacing our old roof. We couldn't be happier with what they have done. Everything was done neatly and beautifully in the time frame we were promised when we received our quote. *** was often here checking on things, and after completion, he went over the entire roof fixing anything he saw that needed a little touching up. *** was very helpful, he made a stressful situation feel not so bad! He took the time to explain everything and walked me through my whole insurance claim. He went above and beyond with everything. The work was completed very fast and looked amazing. His employers were all very respectful. I would recommend him to anyone!
