      **** reported balances above $180-220 up though 10/08/24, but charged overdraft fees for charges before then; even for charges already scheduled for the account. This is a clear bait and switch for customers to charge $25 overdraft fees for each charge after that date, and does not allow customers to make educated decisions on what they can charge for that day. Every overdraft fee is charged retroactively, and not in the moment of the reported balance that the bank reports in the bank balance. Therefore, it is an unfair business charge for every consumer and must be corrected. Every after-the-fact penalty is near or actually fraudulent.

      Have a auto loan with Idaho Central Credit Union. Unable to make payments through website. Have been trying to reach ANYONE at the location. 40+ minutes wait, then the call is dropped. Over 8 hour chat not answered. After several weeks was finally able to get a call through after 45 minutes, she put me on hold and the call dropped with no call back. Then spent another 40 minutes to get an answer and was promised a call back which never came. Just called and was disconnected after 30 minute wait and currently waiting for an answer now 25 minutes in. Unacceptable.

      Our bank account was hacked last Friday and they drained our bank account with bogus charges. We were told to wait until they cleared and that we should see our money back in our account after that so we called back the day after they all cleared were told we would have our money back by the end of the business day. To no surprise at the end of the day our money STILL was not in our account and were still waiting for ICCU to issue provisional funds they promised us so that we are able to survive on while they complete their investigation. WE HAVE A BABY AT HOME!!!! It is now Wednesday and we still have ZERO money in our bank account not to mention our mortgage along with other bills being rejected due to the account being at zero not to mention no money to purchase food for our family. Despicable! ICCU and their fraud department have NO answers or real solution for us except they are still waiting for the investigation even after the woman we spoke with promised to put a rush on it due to the circumstances. These credit unions are ANCIENT with out of date protocols and this is just absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. Banks and credit unions are FDIC insured to protect their customers and themselves. ICCU should be embarrassed how they have handled this situation. We want our money back and we want it done immediately!

      November 2022 - I started receiving phone calls from ICCU stating I missed my payment for my truck, despite it being on auto payment and no issues in the 12+ months prior. I asked for the payment to deferred to the end of the loan. Fast forward April 2024 - I was shocked when I was met at my door by a REPO man was at my door for my truck. I had no clue what was going on. After calling customer service I was informed I was 60 days + overdue. The November 2022 was never deferred and none of the 2023 payments (made automatically thru them) was made towards that balance. They didn't take Feb 2024 again, which I had no idea. I take full accountability that I need to watch my account closer and my auto payments but I did not receive one phone call, statement OR the certified letter they stated they sent. I had no clue I was behind let alone up for repo. After calling they will not allow you to "catch" up you have to pay the enter balance or find new financing. This seems unfair. This places a financial burden on my family one we didn't have. We have never received any sort of statement or certified letter.

      My loan was due on 11/25 I paid on 11/22 I owed 473~ and paid 480 I get noticed my payment was not made.......I get a notice that I owe 22 cents still.....How can your drive through receptionist be so DIMM to not explain that it was 22 cents short in the drive through.The ******** branch is full or absolute CLOWNS I cannot believe I ever signed up for an account with your company I have been through nothing but problem after problem dealing with ICCU.************************* on the phone cant get proper on the due date, amount due, anything... at all absolutely terrible employe, no sense of de-escalation. No sense of urgency or concern. A corner stone for s******* people out of their money and liveliness for ICCU.

      My **** Credit Card was stolen out of my vehicle and used by the thieves (please see the photos I included in this complaint) at a ********************. I immediately contacted Idaho Central Credit Union and told them my card had been stolen and used without my permission. I, also, cancelled the card and requested a new one be sent out to me. During my conversations (I had three separate calls with the respective teams) with the fraud team and ICCU's customer service, they assured me that the charges would be disputed and they needed nothing more from me at the time. I just got off the ***** with ICCU (I wanted to do a quick follow up for peace of mind) and I was told that no disputes had been filed and that the unauthorized charges were on my account. I, obviously, was very upset and told them the entire story all over again including emailing them the photos and the responding officer's ***** number. This fraud process is completely unacceptable and causes victims of these crimes to feel totally unsupported. I am demanding a full and immediate refund of the total unauthorized amount.

      I've been banking with these guys for over 5 years for my recreational RV payment. Sometime in the past 5 months they added some weird insurance through a third party onto my account and try to charge me for it. After I've given them all of my insurance information. They refunded partial but they still want more payment. These guys are a scam. I just want my account refunded back the amount that they charged me for insurance. And I want my automatic payments to continue. For some reason they kick back automatic payments so they can charge you late fees. Then they try to charge you $10 over the phone to process your payment because there's something going on on their end. This is nothing but a scam. Just ways to get extra little bits of money. $10 here and there with thousands of members adds up 200s of thousands of dollars of year.
