My daughter worked at this coffee stand, and because of this, I did not complain about the girls that were rude to me, or take back as many as I should of the drinks that were made wrong. I did not want my daughter to be persecuted because of this. However, yesterday my Daughter was written up for many things, however, one of the things she was written up for involved her whole family. They accused her of giving out free drinks to her boyfriend and family. I have received a total of 3 free drinks from her, BUT that was because they have a rule there that you can give 1 free drink a week to someone. 6 months of working there and I got 3, otherwise I spent around $5-$40 there at Jitterz A DAY, which I have receipts to prove, and my family is accused of stealing. We went to management to get this squared away that we would like proof of our stealing, and instead the *** Jayme, was rude and disrespectful, and treated us like c*** We did not want to talk about the other reasons she was written up, we wanted to talk about them accusing us of stealing from them. We have a recording of her abusive talk to us. She told us that she would call us back tomorrow, but instead of calling us back, they fired our daughter the next day. They retaliated against her, for us trying to get proof of them accusing us of stealing. They claim to be a good ****************** but instead they put on a facade and will treat their employees like ****, sweet talk them, then talk behind their back, spread misinformation if they do not like you. Then if you want to get to the bottom of things, they will say you are harrassing them. This is NOT how you do business. You do not treat customers like ****, you do not accuse them of stealing, without proof and then when they ask for proof, they block you and tell you to stop harrassing them.
