      Dear Splash Wines, I have been ordering your wines since the COVID-19 pandemic and have been very satisfied with my orders for the past 4 years all your wines are very tasty and of good quality. I love white and rose, the red is good as well but since am Menupausing Red wine is my enemy. The order through FEB EX is great, but lately, they do not require a signature, they left the 15 to 18 bottles of wine on my front porch and I'm so glad that I have no theft in my neighborhood due to leaving boxes on my porch. I'm even more happy because you now accept through your website Sezzler and I can pay 4 payments every two weeks. This is great. Thank you, a very satisfied customer.

      I am drawn in by their "price per bottle". This is not always what one might expect! I have had bottles in the past that I have not liked and not complained. Most recently, however, specifically their Memorial Day sale of 18 bottles red wines. Since 15 of the 18 bottles have been "pour it down the drain awful" I complained on TrustPilot... and received only a $25 credit on my next order. The shipment included a Cabernet/Merlot blend that tastes musty; Syrah -undrinkable, likewise the Temprinillo - Syrah blend. Their Shiraz drinkable but barely. These are varieties I normally would embrace. Either the wines were no good to begin with or they have been stored improperly. In either case, tne Splash Wines "guarantee" is laughable and useless as well.

After reviewing the communication, I see that the rep did not provide the correct amount of credit for the bottles you didn't enjoy. Since you had not enjoyed 2 wines, and each contained three bottles, the appropriate credit should have been $40.

      We apologize for this oversight. I will ensure the rep is aware of the specifics of your complaint and discuss how we can improve in the future.

      I learned about splash Wines through Groupon. My experience with Groupon was awful. I lost one of my Groupon worth $55.00. **************** was no help. I chose to order directly from Splash wines. I have had no issues with deliveries. I ordered several cases of 15 and 18. My mistake was not waiting to taste the wine before ordering more. We drank several bottles but yet to find one that is considered a good wine. Most is labeled as having alcohol of 12.5% to 14% but it can't be possible when compared to other wines with similar alcohol content. I am trying to be optimistic. Maybe, I will find a few decent bottles.

We are a small family business and we try all of our wines before deciding to feature them in our store and special offers. One of the things that makes wine so great, yet difficult, is how everyone has a different taste and we understand that not everyone may find them enjoyable.

      We do offer upgraded packages as well if your palate requires a more complex selection of wines.

      This company bought out another wine subscription company Traveling Vineyard. I was sent emails about the new company and asked to start an account with them. I did not respond and believed they could not use my previous subscription without me signing up for an account with them. However I received a confirmation email stating my wine order was ready to ship. The company was going to send me wine without me signing up, no way to access this account and was charging my credit card without my authorization. This company should not be allowed to use my payment information from a previous company without my consent. I would be very wary of any business with Splash wines.

      Buyer beware! I ordered a special Pinot Noir box, which was supposed to include four "Captains List" bottles. The price was much higher than what I ordinarily pay, but I was very excited to get the advertised Willamette Valley Pinots.When the box arrived, there were only 11 wines (plus one empty space), and none of the Captains List bottles.When I asked for the missing bottles to be shipped, they said it was too expensive. Instead, they were only willing to offer a partial refund that was based on the average cost of all the bottles.Bad service, shady practices!

      We apologize that that occurred, there was some inventory confusion when we were getting the orders packaged for shipment. I do see that you emailed in about this, and it does look like we offered compensation for the bottles at higher cost then what was paid, and since that did not work out for you, we did issue a replacement for those bottles. I apologize if that still was not satisfactory, but we did do everything we can do resolve this for you to your satisfaction. The replacement order is still in progress as we just processed that replacement for you today, and we will be sure to email you the tracking as soon as it goes out the door.

We do give our customers the option to pick and choose their own wines if you do a "build your own case" that is an option under the "shop tab" on our site.We also provide a list of the wines included in each special offer prior to purchase so you can view what you are to receive prior to making the buy. We also do not internally store your card, so we do not have access to be able to charge your card without you personally making an order, so if you believe there is fraud on your card, I would reach out to your bank. I am only seeing two purchases under your account from December ******** and December 29th 2023, both for 18 pack specials of all white. Feel free to reach out to us at ************ if you have any further questions.

      Terrible experience as a first time customer. Quick to charge, but never got an order update after. I purchased a 15 bottle build your own case on Dec. 10th with the expectation that the order would be shipped within 2 business days and arrive before Christmas as the GUARANTEE on their website stated. After 4 days I called in to customer service and was told the order was still in the warehouse and should ship within 1 or 2 days. Never received any notifications from Splash Wine or updates about the order. After 8 days, I logged on to my account with the intention of canceling the order, and noticed that a shipping label was created for my order on a Sunday night, 7 days after I placed the order. Since Sunday, Dec. 17th, when the shipping label was created, the package is still at its origin and shows no indication that ***** has even picked up the shipment. I have no way of knowing if my order has even been shipped and it is highly doubtful that it will arrive before Christmas making all this a waste of time.

The holidays are tough in regards to orders shipping out quick, due to the influx of orders, but we understand the concern regarding your purchase. I know that ***** has been having some delays with orders getting scanned into the hubs, and I will inquire further with our team and for the order. 

      If we are unable to get this order out to you in time for Christmas, would you like us to go ahead and get that order just canceled and refunded instead? We certainly do not want to waste any more of your time on the issue, as we know that this situation is very frustrating.

      Splash Wines is a complete hoax Splash Wines is a complete hoax! They take your money but never deliver the wines you paid for. In the meantime they got the benefit of interest on your money! Or perhaps youll forget and they will keep the money without delivering a single drop of wine! I ordered 8/18 and the wines had still not been delivered 9/5. I have been in email correspondence with **** from Splash customer service. He constantly stalls offering endless excuses. On top of that his emails are very long and have a snippy tone. Certainly not what you would expect from a customer-service orientation! Im going to dispute the charge with the credit card company tomorrow! ****. ********, ** Subsequent update: Picked up the wine from a ***** holding location yesterday, three full weeks after I ordered it! Ill let Splash COOs excuses speak for themselves. By the way, the wines taste terrible. Overall qualifies for one of my most frustrating and disappointing experiences.

      Out of 15 bottles I only found one I liked.There were several that were just awful. ??
