I placed and order with citypb and never received the order and they wont give me my money back either. I bought a bean bag chair for 89.00$ and received nothing. It has been three months and I still have nothing. I am trying to get my money back at least.Initial Complaint

City pb I ordered a beanbag and I never received it. I then tried contacting them through the phone and I called the phone number I found online and it was always busy when I called. I then contacted them through email in which they apologized and said they would send the item ordered. I never received my beanbag purchased. I've tried contacting again and the email address is no longer active according to ******* I have been took for $100 plus the time I e anticipated for receiving my purchase.Initial Complaint

I received confirmation that my payment was received and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I have made several attempts to reach out via email with no response. Purchased an item, was told the item wasn't in stock, they said pick different color or refund, so I picked a different color, they said ok and gave me tracking information, tracking didn't work right and item never arrived, they said they would refund, but no refund or further communication has been initiated on their end.
