Made purchase of portable bathtub. March 6, 2022. For $126 I contacted the company after a week when I didn't receive any shipping info. Initially responded to 1st email. Said they would reship item. After that they will not respond to email and phone is disconnected. After numerous attempts to contact. I turned them into my bank. But they have had no success yet either.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a bean bag chair several months ago. The price was $79.00 and the order number was ****. Since I had not received the item, I contacted the company and they suggested a refund or a reorder. Since I wanted the item, I had them reorder. Since then I still have not received the order and, after attempting to contact the company a number of times, have heard nothing back. I paid with a Mastercard.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bean bag a large bean bag from the city PB company and I haven't got a tracking number or anything I sent them multiple emails ******** responded by saying that the factory is having trouble I could have a refund or the ship the bean bag and my grandson wanted the bean bag so I told her to ship the bean bag and I haven't got nothing I keep emailing her and I get nothing back it came out of his own money he bought it and they should be nice nice enough to send the refund backInitial Complaint

Ordered beanbag recliner on 4/10/22 from CityPB for $85 order number **** I tried calling and the number is not in service, tried emailing with no response and even tried going back to the online store and it doesn't exist anymore. I read many reviews after I already been scammed and all the reviews have the same problem I have. I don't have a lot of money and I would love my money back and I hope this bad person gets prosecuted for all the people that he/she taken money from.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 02/26/2022 with Citypb. Order # **** for a total of $79.99. I reached out in March about the order and received a reply from ******** from shipping. She stated that there was a problem at the warehouse. In her email she did ask if I would like her to ask the warehouse to send me a replacement immediately or would I prefer a refund at this point. I asked her to continue with the order. I still have not received the order. I have reached out via email to citypb since then and have not received any response. Their website states 100% money back guarantee and it would be fraudulent not to honor that now.Initial Complaint

Purchased a large bean bag couch on March 8th 2022. Due to the order not being received I reached out to the company via email and they said that I would be able to get refunded it was delayed due to shipping issues and as of today April 18th I still have not received my refund I emailed three times did not get any reply I tried the telephone number listed on the website it is out of order. The order number indicated on the email that I received the confirmation email is 2023. Although $85 may not seem much to some people when you live paycheck to paycheck it's a lot is there any way you can help me get my funds returned?Initial Complaint

CityPB *********************************************************************** ********************************** CityPB.com Website Online Purchase Lost $80.00 Checked website and did research beforehand and everything checked out. Then, placed an order for a bean bag chair. Received a confirmation email and waited. Never received tracking number. Emailed support and got an email back stating they were unable to locate my order and if I didn't receive a tracking number by that Monday to email back requesting a refund. Never got a tracking number. Emailed back to request a refund and then they stopped replying. Never got an email back after that. So I have now hired a lawyer and they are going to launch an investigation into the "company" and website to find out who it traces back to.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bean bag chair from them on April 4 2022 and the order says it was placed yet they took the money from the bank they said they would send tracking number and when it is shipped nothing I have written them 3 times no response. All I want is my money back. I noticed alot of people complaining about this site. People are being scammed and this is totally unfair. I just want my money back any help would be appreciated and get these people off the web. People work hard for there money and this isn't fair to any of us who ordered from them. Your order number is 1808.Ordered a beanbag chair and paid $89.99 through **** Debit Card Promised Delivery and then a full refund and I haven't received either.Emailed March 16th, 23rd, April 1st, 6th, 8th and 12th.Looking to get either product or money back.I called and number is busy constantly
