On 3/21/22 an order was replaced on citypb.com for a bean bag chair for $68.00. I was given an order # of ****. I have been trying to contact the business and the phone numbers are not in service. I attempted to email the email address and have received no response. I have not received a tracking # that the item has been shipped. Everything I have read since has warned of this site being a scam. I did not know or realize this until I was trying to follow up on why I did not receive confirmation of my item being shipped and have not been able to reach the business.Initial Complaint

Ordered Standing upright ****** on 3-10-2022 for total of $105.00. Order # ****. They deducted $105.00. My bank is offline at the moment so I am unable to get the date of the transaction.The email stated I would receive in **** days. That hasn't happened. The customer service # has been disconnected *************). The ******** office is busy 24 hours a day**************). I ordered an upright ****** with basket and a seat, for myself on Feb 19 2022. The price is $105.00. I have emails to and from citypb from when I placed the order to when I asked for a refund. I never received the ****** or the refund. The ****** would of been good for me to get around outside with no help. I waited the 4-8 days for a refund which didn't happen. Thanks for your purchase!This email is to confirm your order on 02/19/2022. Your order number is 1259.Your item(s) will be dispatched soon. Remember due to high demand some products can take **** days to arrive from dispatch so please be patient, they will arrive! If you have ordered multiple different items, they may be sent separately. I ordered an item from this online store around the end of February, early March, and never received the item. After a while of waiting, I emailed the support team, asking where the item was, and was told the item was lost. I was then asked if I wanted a refund. I responded saying that Id rather have the item; I was told by online support that another item would be sent. After almost another 2 weeks go by, I emailed again asking where the item was. I was told that I couldnt have the item shipped due to issues on their end and that I would be refunded. I asked for a confirmation number for this refund and was told Id get it on that Monday. On that Monday, I emailed asking for the confirmation number. I was sent the old tracking information, so I emailed again and explained I needed information on my refund. It has now been almost 2 days with no response. I never received the item or a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a foldable bathtub (order #****) from Citypb.com, on Feb. 25, 2022, for $129.99. After waiting the recommended 15 days with no shipping information, I contacted Citypb's customer service via online contact form. I received a reply stating that the company's international seller had never shipped my item, and was asked if I would prefer a refund. I agreed to the refund, and was told it would be sent in 4-8 days. I waited the suggested 8 days, and received no refund. Today is March 30, 2022, and as it stands I have no item that I purchased and no refund.
