I brought an extended warranty through this dealership to cover any manufacturing problems. I had been having problems with the **** unit of my car since the summer of 2022. I brought my car in about two-three times to get the heating checked towards the end of 2022, and the mechanics told the service employee who checked me in that they didnt find a problem and couldnt recreate the issue I was facing. I was so frustrated in one of those appointments because even the service checking employee agreed that there was a problem, but couldnt send anything in for the warranty due to the mechanics not finding a code or issue, despite it obviously had a problem. The employee didnt charge me for the visit and took it off the system to provide good customer service since I was paying over $100 per visit. I regret accepting the kind gesture simply because it took away my credibility of trying to get this issue figured out. In the image attached, there is the heating complaint provided in the service visit and there was no solution. I wish I had called Nissan Headquarters when that happened. I cancelled an appt I believe in January of 2023 and cancelled my extended warranty in March 2023 due to the poor customer service and frustrating experiences. I called Nissan in October/November of 2023 and they had me get another diagnosis and by some miracle, the mechanics were able to finally find the issue, the exact same problem I had been having for over a year, and they told me how much it would cost. I tried ti explain that I came in when I was on warranty to get this same issue fixed and the mechanics made a mistake, but I was told there was nothing to be done. Nissan gave a courtesy check and is willing to cover half the cost, but the general manager **** told me I didnt get it done in time and to take what Nissan offered me. I asked the dealer to cover the other half and theyre not working with me. I spent a lot of money trying to get help in a different mechanic shop.

My issue with Ron Sayer Nissan started around the end of November/early December. It originally needed to go to the dealership to get out of security lock down so the mechanic could complete thier work. It is now over halfway through December and only just today did I receive and update on my car, witch still is not complete. I have tried getting in touch with them multiple times, and each time they assure me they will complete thier work within the next one or two days and they never do. I've given them my name and number and they have never once reached out to me by any means. Call, text, or otherwise. They are additionally trying to charge me extra for unrelated issues. I am extremely fed up with them and consider thier promises to fix my car illegitimate as they never reach out with updates about my car or to inform me of other issues. Considering I've waited so long, I think the cost of my repairs should be covered by the company since they have failed to deliver on thier promises time and time again.
