In July of 2021, the company and I agreed to replace all air supply ducts and other work in our residence. According to invoice #******, We paid $15,169.60 plus interest for those services. We were recently having issues with our system and called a different company put to our home to inspect it on 11/29/2022. Low and ************ Heating never replaced our supply ducts after we had already paid for their services. I have tried contacting the company via email and phone to resolve this issue, but nothing is being done. I would like a refund for these services that were not completed so I can have a different company and fix the issues properly.Business response

We have tried multiple times to contact ***************** before and after her complaint was filed. With no communication we are unable to move forward in addressing her concerns.

Good afternoon!
Case #******** has not been resolved yet. I missed the window for the 7 day deadline to respond.
Unfortunately, the company has NOT tried to contact me at all to resolve this issue as they previously stated to the BBB. I have reached out via email and phone multiple times with no response on their end.
I'm not sure of next steps to take from here. If you could please advise, it would be greatly appreciated..

I am completely confused by Ms. ******* allegations that Our Company has NOT been in contact with her. We have been to her home and made the necessary adjustments and corrections to the ductwork with her approval. See attachments with documentation, call notes, and vehicle tracking showing proof of this statement. The following is a timeline of events.
1/19/23-***** and **** met with **************** to discuss work scope
1/23/23-**************** called **** to schedule work to be done
1/24/23-**** called **************** to let her know the crews were on the way
1/24/23-work was completed as per discussion with ***** and **** on the 19th
1/26/23-**************** sent a conflicting account of events to BBB, Where she states that the company had NOT tried to contact her at allat this point the work was already completed.

I was contacted by an employee of this customer because I showed interest on ******** post. I then set up an appt a tech came out and only provided partial service. When notified them of it they told me they would have someone come out to finish the job 2 weeks have gone by and the job is still not done. I then asked for a refund and the employee blocked me off of ********Business response

************************************** was a victim of a local Scam being presented on ************* ******************* is NOT and has NEVER been associated with Home Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. ******************* offers discounted HVAC & ************* services on multiple ************ Platforms while presenting Himself/Herself as Home Heating & Air Conditioning located at ****************************************. Home Heating & Air Conditioning prides itself on the extreme measures We take in providing safe, exceptional service. We drug test, back ground check and communicate with customers throughout the entire experience with our technicians. We inform the customer when the tech is dispatched, the customer receives a text with the tech's picture and Bio before he or she arrives at their door. We always show ** in one of our Famous Yellow Vans. Never in an unmarked vehicle. We follow up after the call to insure that the customer is satisfied and all their questions were answered and needs are met.
We have been in contact with ******************* and feel very sympathetic to her and many others who have been taken advantage of by this individual posing as a representative of Home Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc We have filed a police report with the ******** *********** and encourage ******************* to do the same in Filer where the crime was committed.
We Will continue to help her in any way we can to inform the local authorities with additional information that *** come to light.
I also ask that the BBB consideration on removing this from our record as it feels like an additional violation to our reputation that We Hold so Dear.
