We hired tiana to do our wedding photos. She was very unprofessional after the fact and has been lying to my husband and I. All I asked for was for 5 photos that she didnt include in the gallery. She fought us on it and then finally said she would give them to me. After she said that she blocked me and has then spread lies on social media. On top of this she was EXTREMELY unprofessional at our wedding. I would like either a refund from her and/ or my 5 requested photos. 1. Was dresses unprofessionally at the wedding- was wearing **** booty shorts 2. Was unprepared and didnt scout a location 3. Missed our send off despite having a full list of the schedule for the day 4. Was caught drinking when we did not allow her to drink 5. Showed up late to the wedding 6. Lied to us and never told us she was new and might not be able to take pictures at the event due to lighting.Also received numerous messages saying they have had similar/ worse experiences with her and have had her scam them out of money and have even witnessed assaulting people.Business response

I have sent all possible photos.
Without a contract of specific expectations, certain photos were not captured. I thought I had met all expectations that this consumer had. I wouldnt withhold photos. After being harassed through social media from this person, I, my family, friends, past clients and others have tried to explain what actually happened and every time the comment would be deleted and the person would be blocked by this client. I was not dressed unprofessionally and would be happy to provide photos of my outfit. I did scout a location before shooting. I was not informed when or where the send off would be. I informed this person I would be a little late (still showed up in plenty of time to capture the first look, detailed photos of the rings and other props and the ceremony). I have never assaulted anyone in my life. She texted me LOVE THEM after I sent the photos and never addressed these issues about the wedding until a while later. After building multiple business over the last several years, any mistake I have made has been actively corrected. I have done everything I can do fix this. This consumer wanted raw photos which photographers usually do not send including me. This person chooses post the photos Ive sent her (and use as her profile images) without giving me any credit yet still has made every effort to drag me. At this point it looks like this person is trying to get back money and destroy a small business owner who is just trying to create art and make others feel beautiful and happy. I have done everything I can possibly do at this point and have handled the online harassment with ****** I have an overwhelming amount of past clients who completely disagree with this consumer. I have done multiple shoots for her and her husband in the past and they are very aware of how I handle my business which is why they continued to hire me. I say this with a heavy heart that she somehow became unsatisfied with her wedding but it seems the issue is bigger than me. I have provided all I can.
