6/16/2018 , 1 payment of ******* made 6/16/2018. First monthly payment of ****** on 7/15/2018 last 60th payment made on 6/15/2023. They continued to draw monthly payments on 7/15 2023 and 8/15/2023.Contract total $10,070.00, Paid Total $10,355.32. Paid $1060.00 on 3/18/2023 to extend use of points for 1 year.Recreational tor rental for five years.They say I still owe the 4 more months of payments to go with the 2 extra I already paid that should have never been taken.*** ( I believe is a partner in the business will not return my calls. I've tried most days for two weeks.No account Number with **********************, Account number with *************** if needed.Customer response

I rented to jet skis and after returning for the day I stated one did not run well. Was not a 3 person as advertised and was in poor condition . They then proceeded to send me an email that there was Proppeler damage which is impossible as we were never near shore and nothing got sucked ** in it as they claimed . I also asked for an extension on my points because they did not provide the 3rd key ski we rented as it was broken down they would not give an extension so Im paying for points I cant use and it is no fault of mine .Business response

I am first tying to reach out directly to ******* as this complaint is the first I have heard of this concern. After investigating the situation apparently I had an employee that did not handle the situation very well. I am hoping to discuss directly with ******* so that we can come to a amiable resolution.

I've been trying to get a refund per their terms in their own contract I was told *** would get back to me. That's been five weeks. I've spoke with lawyer and they confirm the contract is written this way. I'm owed a refund of ****+. If we do not resolve this I will be suing you since I've been unable to get arbitration.Customer response
