I went into contract with Thomas constructing services at the end of Jan 2022 and paid a down-payment. I was told that it would be 60-90days before product would be available. I am aware of issues getting products in all over. I emailed ******** on Mar 29, 2022 and asked if there was any update and the response I got was, "we are working in trying to get an eta/response from the sales rep". Nothing else was heard. I emailed again 5/23/2022 and no response. I emailed on 6/14/2022 and no response. I forwarded the conversation to ******* Thomas on 6/15/2022 and received no response. I called the office on 6/20/2022 and left a message. I called other timed in 6/21/2022, 6/23/2022, and 6/27/2022. The phones go straight to voice mail. I just want answers when my products may possibly be available or if they aren't going to be able to get my products at all, a refund for the deposit that I paid.Customer response

Ongoing complaint from this business. Original complaint filed under #******** - I am unable to log in and continue this complaint. The original complaint still is not resolved. I received an Email from ******** Thomas on July 8, 2022, see the attached document. As mentioned in the email **** would be contacting me by the following Monday, July 11, 2022, but he did not. I called him on that day. He informed me that he did not have an answer at that time, and he would be calling the rep for the product company, and he would call me back. He never returned my call. I called again the following week on July 19, 2022, and basically got the same answers as before but he also said the rep had been on vacation, but he would see what he could find out and get back to me that day. He did not call me back I called again August 29, 2022 and spoke with **** and again expressed by concerns. When he answered the phone, he said "I guess you're calling for an update. I will call the guy today and get back to you. I will call you later today if you are available for calls." Assured him that I would be available and reminded him that he has not once reached out to me as he said he would and as his daughter said he would. He admitted to the lack of follow through. I expressed to him how the lack of contact has affected me and if there was not some information or resolution by the end of the day Friday, I would be driving down to the office on Monday 9/5/22 to pick up my deposit check. He assured me that that was not necessary, and he would be contacting me. He did not contact me back on that day. Last night, I sent an email to them, see the attached emails, since he did not reach out as he said he would. I am not upset that the products are delayed or not available. It seems based on the responses I get from him when I call that he has not followed up with any phone calls to the manufacturer like he has said. All of my other projects have been on hold due to the delay.
I would like to either have satisfactory information on when the products will be available and on the books for them to install the siding. ; Or a complete refund of the deposit that I paid.
