I signed up for the *************** through Matt Droguett Consulting on July 2, 2022 for a one-time payment of $2,500. I used PayPal Credit (Transaction ID ***********************************, so they have been paid in full. Matt **** me counseling videos and access to a mentor. However, I no longer want this service and I have not accessed any of the materials or videos. I requested a refund and to end the service through a customer support e-mail, and they said nothing could be done on their end. However, they do offer a 30-day refund, so I believe a refund is still possible at this time.Customer response

I filed a complaint with Matt Droguett Consulting LLC on 7/20/22. I had an issue with their refund policy.
One of the councilors contacted me on 6/15/23 to talk about resolving this issue. The issue has been resolved and I am satisfied. I would like to take down/resolve my complaint.

I paid the first payment to Matt Droguett Consulting LLC on June 14, 2022 ($550) for consulting services and I was not pleased with the service. I accept this initial payment for the initial service. However, he charged me again for $550 on July 14, 2022. I did not consent to this 2nd payment. Furthermore, he said he would charge me a cancellation fee of $440 which I do not consent in paying. I asked for a refund of the 2nd payment and the business owner said he would still charge a cancellation fee. I cancelled my debit card on July 17, ************************************************************** summary, I am requesting the 2nd payment of $550 reimbursed to my account and that the $440 penalty is not charged to my account. I am a student living in PA where I can not resolve the issue in person as Matt Droguett Consulting LLC is based in the ************** and/or **********.Business response

The choice for any client to enter the program comes with detailed explanation & a signed binding contract that holds clients accountable to follow through with, both, their practical commitment to show up within the course and financial commitment to pay the agreed upon monthly payments. Neither of these aspects were honored as are written in the contract you signed. There was a "No Refund" policy that was understood and agreed to at the time you signed our mutual agreement & were enrolled. Upon your initial request to let go of receiving our help, we offered (as a courtesy) to be work-withable based on the details of your request, which were strictly financial at the time. We did receive 2 payments from you for $550, however, when the cancellation fee was mentioned to you, we had received no communication from you on how to proceed with that. So, the cancellation fee was not charged to you.
