I never received my product I payed for express shipping still nothing

They are f****** scammers! I paid for two items and they ended up charging me an 124 dollars for something that I couldnt remove from the shopping cart but charged me any f****** way! And when I tried to contact them to dispute it and then they emailed mat 3am saying they couldnt do anything about it! If f*** you pay me was a company this Cupid ******** is it!

I tried to cancel my order after they charged me an extra $120 but they refuse to refund my money and refuse to work with me.

Almost 2 months ago and I still havent received anything. I was charged a lot of money and I keep sending email email to this email address that they have on their website and nobody replies ever. This is absolutely ridiculous. Is this how you do business by charging people taking their money right away and then never sending them the product

HORRIBLE smell, smells like pine-sol. Won't give me my money back without a restocking fee for UNOPENED boxes. I opened one and this is disgusting. Horrible company, a complete scam!

They overcharged me and sent me more product than I wanted and now they're making it basically impossible for me to get my money back because of shipping and handling that I would have to pay. They sent me three bottles of cologne when I only wanted one and they charged me $127 when all I wanted to do was get one for in order to get my money back it would basically be impossible because of the fact of shipping costs that I would have to pay

Placed an order back on January 12th of this year an still havent received my order. *** contacted them numerous times an keeps saying rest assured you will receive your order but still nothing in the mail. Not a way to do business scamming people out of money

I ordered December 1st, it is now March 3rd and I still have not received a product. It took about a month of my continuously sending a message to their customer service for them to reply. They replied end of January to ask me to wait 8 more days. Then when I asked for a refund they kept asking if they could send a new item. They offered me 10% refund and a new item. This was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a new item or a % refund, or a tracking number...it's a scam

I placed my order back in October or November. I still havent received my items and when trying to get in contact with them they stated the product was delivered on the 16th of December. No notification about my product being shipped with tracing and no notification about it being out for delivery up until it was delivered. They refuse to issue me a refund or replacement. Fraud all they want is your money.

Hororible **mpany, 100 **unrerfeit product, claim this is phermone infused. It is not. Their 3 ingredients are SAME as literally ANY other good **logne from versace to dior to burberry etc. And those **lognes have other ingredients too. I tried it on for my girl AND we tried it on for other women as a test and they ALL said it was repulsive and worst **logne ever smelled and smelled like pure rubbing al**hol. Also, they lie about their **************** / replying back in 1 day. 1. They have ZERO real # to reach someone to talk to about issues, 2. Their email they have on their site they dont reply to for at least 5 or more days and ONLY say they actually reply is if file dispute with your bank or paypal on them and even then just a random name in their signature reply (probably not even their real name) with no phone # to talk to someone. They also claim on their website "30 day money back guarantee" then after finally hearing back after dispute is filed they say " minus S&H AND minus 20% restocking fee AND AFTER they inspect the item to see if eligible for refund AFTER they receive it and that can take up to 10 days. It is literally Impossible to talk to someone or get refund. Lastly, they claim priority shipping. It took a month for me get my product WITH priority shipping! This ** is full of lies and falsifying. Never give them ANY business. They need to be shut down!
