On July 31 2024 purchased a new 2024 Can-Am Maverick R XRS Smart Shock for ***** and the machine has been in the shop since 8/5/2024 and hasn't ran since day one. I paid cash for the machine and have asked for a replacement machine it had had several issues and only had 4 miles when purchased and I haven't been able to use machine and is now 8/27/24.Initial Complaint

Bought a "new" CanAm Maverick R X RS Smart Shox on 5/7/2024 and was told it was new and not a demo. I discovered after taking it out that it had around 70 miles on the odometer and has signs of sun fading in areas. Also the vehicle was very dusty before I picked it up. When I called to rectify the issue I was told that I was wrong and that there is no way the vehicle had anywhere near that many miles. I informed them that I tracked all my rides on the *** Go app and rode approx ***** miles but the odometer says 275. I was told that I was wrong and they are not going to do anything to resolve the issue.Also, the vehicle was not PDI (pre-delivery inspection) as the key did not work, the steering wheel is off center and bolts where missing and tabs broken. Also, no PDI was performed on the vehicle.Initial Complaint

Products ordered with ***** of Stage 3 Motorsports Order # ********** Product arrived Damaged and missing componants. Shipped 2/22/23 Today is 3/23/23 and still cant get a return label or refund or parts replaced. I need the parts. Please give me a return label and refund my order. ********************* *************************
