I rented a storage unit at this location for over a year. I moved out at the end of May 2023. I was paid ahead a month and they sent me an email stating they owed me ****** refund. I have been trying to collect it since June and only getting the run around. I have called them multiple times and the manager always states that the main office doesn't get in a hurry and refunding money. On one occasion he told me about a previous customer who had to wait 8 months. Most recently he talked about some system update and that I had to start over waiting.Business response

At the time the tenant moved out, there was no area manager in place for this location. Once the new area manager was made aware of the situation, a refund request was processed and a check was cut. Standard processing time for a refund request is **** weeks. This tenant was issued a refund check on 10/19/23 and cashed this refund check on 10/27/23. We do apologize that this refund was a little late but the issue has been resolved. I have attached a copy of the check for your review. Thank you!
