Project 2024 (retaining wall and vinyl fence)Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Selvin and his team. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They transformed our backyard, we had a hill with overgrown grass and weeds. Selvin and team constructed a 5ft retaining wall and installed a beautiful vinyl fence. The communication throughout the project was top-notch, and they completed the job on time and within budget. What really stood out was their dedication to customer satisfactionthey went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the project and how its going to look at the end. --------Project 2021 (extending sidewalk and driveway)Selvin and crew are fantastic!I have had multiple projects done by them.- I had my driveway and sidewalk extended last year, they were quick and efficient. Finished the project in 2 days, was impressed with speed and quality of work.- Today his crew came to aerator the yard. The guys were quick and helped me understand what to do afterwards.Throughout the years have also had yard work done through his services.Review from Diane H

6/18/24 I had a cracking concrete patio torn-up and replaced. Railroad ties surrounding my flower beds removed. Also, electrical work done. Selvin did a thorough assessment of my backyard before the work was done. His knowledge of materials, contractors skill, and patience, allowed me to make decisions that resulted in a beautiful, renovated backyard. Selvins crew showed-up as scheduled. My questions or concerns were always promptly answered by Selvin himself. I strongly recommend this company for their quality work, their professional demeanor, and completing all terms of our contract.Review from Mark H

Ive been a customer of ******************** for going on Almost 20 years and They are reliable and they do a wonderful job. They do my weekly lawn care and my Annual snow removal and have done special projects for me over the years, such as a new stamped driveway and walkway and complete refresh of my landscaping. Selvin has done two jobs for me.Last summer he did my new patio which is Beautiful.The team did a professional job.They were careful and very respectful.I would recommend Selvin without hesitation.We have a small job scheduled for this spring.I would not hesitate to keep using Selvins.He is fair and upfront with any questions. Did a huge patio, and double car driveway. It was an amazing job, from start to finish. Worked with the owner, did the gutters correctly, just an amazing job and process. Did the brick work correctly, after ripping it up, and cut the curbs correctly, and just made everything looks great. 5 stars all the way. Very clean, like didnt leave water bottle and c*** everywhere. They also use a special concrete, as you cannot park on it for 28 days. (Call Selvin's about the new type of modern updated concrete they use) Soooo, you know the wife called the ** POLICE to explain that we were not able to park on the driveway for 28 days! ** already knew about other Selvin Customers, whom used Selvins Concrete services before, and that parking on the street for 28 days would be no issue. So far, 25 days and still no ticket! So, 5 star company all the way, service, knowledge and products designs.
