I went to get a standard oil change for my vw 2017 at this location in ******* was my first time at this jiffy lube location on 2/11/22 I did a standard oil change and A filter @ roughly ****** miles total was 175 150 after coupon. Low oil level light came on my and I still had had roughly 600 miles left until my next oil change so I took my car the same day to a different oil change place. They lifted my car up and say that jiffy lube took my bolts off my oil cover and put zip ties on it . Not only that the oil change place informed me that jiffy lube did not put in the right amount of oil for my car my car takes 5.8 jiffy only put in 3. And they are the cause for my engine damage from my engine grinding togther because it was not lubricated .so I called jiffy lube to get more information about my pre I service because the amount of oil that was put in my car was documented on the receipt like most oil change places do. The manger informed me that the 2 technicians that preformed my service has been terminated so they cant verify how much oil was actually put in. I got call from the district ************************* who was very rude and disrespectful and said its my fault and that if the technician put 3.0qrts of oil instead of 5.8 I should of checked and went back for a free top off that I was never told at the time of service Im not good with cars Im a women I took it to a place I thought I could trust this place is shorting people on oil and its sickening. Because this is my only transportation I have a small child and I work and go to nursing school full time they pray on women and scam people for a few dollars.
