I ordered a filament for a 3D printer on Friday, and specifically Saturday delivery was an option for over $100. I confirmed with their website that the time I placed the order would qualify it for Saturday delivery.They did not contact me back, and instead shipped it to arrive Monday.I also placed an order with another company after this order that's located further away so I know it's not due to delivery/delivery delays. It's specifically because the company failed to create the label until 4:30PM, past the cutoff time. Yet they still charged me for Saturday delivery. This also delayed our project and made us buy Saturday delivery for the other item from the other company for no reason since they go together and were for a time sensitive project we had to deliver today.I want the company to stop advertising Saturday delivery and defrauding other customer, and I want a refund for the order.
