We are an operating laundromat. We have been in business for many years. We decided to start upgrading our equipment. $80,000 worth of washers and dryers. We received a flyer in the mail from Harry **********************. Matt ********************** owns this business, and it is located in ********. ********************* was the salesperson and with his help we picked out our washers and dryers. We took out old working dryers to make room for new. Harry ********************** sold us Electrolux products, told us how wonderful they were. The washers are fine. But All of the dryers have serious problems that seem to plaque Electrolux dryers. Within a week of installation, we started having issues with lint build up. It was building up under the rollers and causing the dryer drums to jump and clunk as they went around, we bought 6 dryers. This was last February. We are still dealing with this issue but have found out that the lint also builds up in places that can't be seen or cleaned, which in turn builds up in and by the blower wheel. This can be a fire hazard. They quit answering our complaints in September. They told us that they quit dealing in Electrolux products less than a month after our dryer installation, That it is not their problem any longer. Electrolux will not answer the complaint either. We are asking for a full refund on dryers, and installation and tax paid on dryers. The dryers never worked correctly, and the dryers are a fire hazard. Harry ********************** has all pictures and videos that were taken by us in the last 11 months.There are also problems with the black seal which is slowly shredding and falling under the rollers. The dryers are not square, so there are very solid pressure points worn into the seals. There are places where there is metal on metal, scratching the paint off. **** also builds up in the back of dryers and builds up around black seal and rollers.Initial Complaint

I reached out to the business several times with complaints about the broken washing machines and to receive a refund for money loss. I was told a refund was submitted and I would receive a check in the mail back in October. It is now December and I have since lost more money in the washing machines. I contacted the business on Wednesday 12/14/22 to complain about the washers taking my money, to submit a repair because the machine stopped working during a cycle and to check the status of my refund. I was informed that the repairman would be sent out Friday, meanwhile my clothes were sitting in water for 3 days. There was no sense of urgency for my issue and I still haven't received my money back. I have lost over $10 these last couple months and has consistently bit the bullet. Now I would like all of my money back.
