I was told the oil change was ***** oil change and $ I25.00 and afterwards he raised w/o notice it increased to ****** and ****** and I was told my hoses needed to be replaced but never disclosed the cost and labor and when it was over the total came out to ******. Scammed

This customer has changed his story 3 times. He did not just have the work he is claiming to have done. On the invoice he attached you can see there we're more APPROVED services provided to him for the price he paid. If you look at his attached invoice he provided he authorized the work by phone on 4/14/23 at 12:34 pm. He was well aware of what services we were performing and we kept him in communication throughout. He even paid in person with his credit card which is referenced on his original involve with the amount he approved, the last 4 digits of the card, and the authorization number. He even signed as well. If there was an issue with the services performed he would have said something at the time of the transaction not 4 months later. This customer paid and thanked us for the work performed (which might I add he has had zero issues with). He is claiming on his first complaint that he paid too much for these services. Now has claiming that he didn't approve them because he didn't get anywhere with his fist false claim. When stories change to fit a false narrative it is pretty obvious. We are not issuing any type of refund or reimbursement.
