I visited Mad Kustoms and Window Tinting at ************************************************************************************ and purchased window tints on March 6, 2023. I paid a total amount of $249.00 for this service, via Zelle (as the business did not offer credit card payment options). *********************** (owner/operator & specialist) did not provide any form of receipt with the terms and conditions of my purchase.Upon inspection of the windows, I noticed rear ****************** window tint imperfection(s). Furthermore, I noticed the rear driver side window weatherstrip seal was damaged by what appeared to be a blade. In addition, the rear driver side quarter window had been damaged by a blade. *** attempted to contact *********************** directly to resolve the issue amicably. Ive requested via email, text, voicemail that Mad Kustoms and Window Tinting correct the imperfections, repair the damaged items, or refund for my payment in addition to estimated cost to have the auto window tints removed by an alternative business and replacement of the rear driver side quarter window. I am attaching the photos showing the service imperfections in addition to the damaged weatherstrip seal and quarter window.Business response

Im writing this to respond to the complain that *** received regarding my business. I have contacted customer last week regarding fixing their vehicle window tints and we both have agreed upon fixing the windows that they have problems with. Im attaching a screenshot of the email that went out last week to them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find the business owners response satisfactory.My appointment with the business owner is scheduled for Friday 3/17/2023, to hopefully have my windows re-tinted and (1) window replaced.
