I cancelled my account well within the window before anything was shipping and within the window shown my account website. Right after cancelling I was logged out of my account and the only way to check for any confirmation would be to log back in effectively and as cited on the app "reactivating my account" which I did not want to do. Three weeks later I was billed $154.87. I immediately emailed Factor to resolve this and was told that it was too late to fix it, we'd be charged and the food would be delivered even after showing proof of cancellation and telling them we were leaving on a trip and the food would be left to rot on our doorstep until we returned. It was impossible to resolve the issue with the representative via email and that is the only way to communicate with anyone at the company.

I have had a multitude of issues with this company. One shipment arrived damaged and contents were not consumable. They issued me a credit and ensure that it would be applied to my next order. A week later I was charged for the next shipment. It was then explained that I cant use credits on discounted meals. Apparently I was under some promotion. After some debate that was resolved but I had to pay for shipping. I had some remaining credits. This week my shipment simply failed to arrive. They claimed they had some issue with the courier. They issued me credits. The operator ASSURED me that I would not be charged a dime for the next shipment. This morning they attempted to charge me for shipping. They will refund shipping fees in the form of credits but then say I have to pay for shipping in the next one. This whole thing is misleading and the conduct of the operators is unprofessional and frankly they are hard to understand due to a thick accent.

I subscribed to factor75 Meals and really enjoyed them. I got a discount and paid $56 for 8 meals which was reasonable. When it was time for my second box to come they charged me double it was over $100 which I didnt know. There was no invoice or notification of how much I would be charged before they took the money out of my account. I sent an email immediately after being charged and asked to cancel the order and refund me to which they refused. They said it was past the date to make changes. I explained that while I understood that, that it was misleading and that I was never informed of how much more I would be charged. They still refused to cancel and refund me.

I received a free box voucher from a friend and was looking forward to using it until trying to check out it kept saying I had to remove the voucher in order to proceed. I have never tried Factor so I reached out to their customer service (which was a 45 minute conversation just to figure this out) where they said to submit the order without the voucher and they would give me a credit for the amount that they said would be automatically applied. Well, on October 31st I woke up to see my card was charged for the full amount of the box. I talked to customer service AGAIN for another ***** minutes where they blamed me for already having a code applied (there wasnt any, it was the full amount) and as a one-time courtesy they would refund me. To which I replied that it shouldnt be a courtesy when the credit should have been applied in the first place. They told me my refund would take 5-10 business days and I still have not received it and with how this company operates Im sure it never was put through in the first place. I would like a FULL refund for this mess.

I have been skipping my weekly deliveries for about the past 6 months. In the instances where I may have not skipped weeks in advance, Factor would notify me via email that my order was coming due, at which point I would log on and skip ********* Last night I was charged for a delivery that I was not notified was coming due. I spent 30 minutes using their online chat feature which turned out to be wasted time because it did not work properly. I called customer service and was told they were unable to cancel the order or issue a refund for the meals I did not want. They could also not explain why I was not notified in advance this time, which would have reminded me the order was coming due. I am unhappy with this decision and I canceled my subscription. I will not consider another subscription unless/until Factor issues a refund for this unacceptable experience.

I was a previous subscriber to Factor75 meal service. I had previously stopped ordering from them months ago. I recently logged onto their website to check out menus. I selected a menu to consider ordering, but never completed the process. Six days later while looking at a credit card statement, I saw that an order had been placed with Factor75. I did not place this order, or complete any order with Factor75. I never received any confirmation or received any receipt of placing an order with Factor75. On 11/11/24 I called Factor75 cudtomer service to ask about this error, and was told that by logging back in to my account, I had reactivated delivery services with Factor75, and all they could do was cancel future services. This is blatant theivery. I never ordered these meals, and they never acknowledged any order.

I ordered meal delivery from Factor. I cancelled online Oct 23. I got back online to look at meals but not to order. I seen that I was active and they charged me $65.55. I called Factor and they cancelled my subscription on the phone through a representative and said well refund you and youre all set. I received a refund and then I look at my bank statement and I was charged again on Nov 7. They said they have no recorded. They will not give me a refund. They said theyd give a call back and didnt. I called and even talked to a supervisor. No refund.

As a previous customer of ********************** meal delivery (my subscription had been deactivated several years ago) I visited the company's website on Nov. 4, 2024 to view the nutrition values of their products to see if I wanted to reactivate my account, but I opted not to as their meals did not meet my dietary needs. I did not authorize reactivation of service nor did I authorize charges. This morning, Nov. 8, 2024, I noticed a charge on my bank account, so I called for a refund and to ensure my account was canceled. The *** advised me that just by visiting their website and logging back in (which my computer does automatically when login details are stored in memory), as per their policy deactivated accounts are automatically reactivated, billed and shipped meals. This is NOT okay. There was no indication or warning that this would happen and it is clearly a deceptive business practice. I was able to get a supervisor to approve a full refund after speaking with several ***resentatives ho told me they do not offer refunds. The employees are trained to deny refunds when customers did not authorize the charge to begin with. If I hadn't pushed as hard as I did, they would have swindled me too.

I was charged $41.97 and I didnt even get a chance to select my meals. They took the money from my account before I hit the submit button. I was simply browsing and trying to choose the meals I wanted. They chose the meals for me and charged my account without my consent. Bad business practice.
