      I have not signed up for this subscription. I have a very strict diet so this food does not fit the criteria. I was given a coupon from a fried to try this food so I am puzzled as to why I was charged since the first meal was free. This company kept sending me food when I was out of town. I asked them not to send me anymore food but they have continue. If you have to use deceptive practices to ******* people then your food is not good. I want these charges taken off of my account. I have alerted Paypal of these erroneous charges so they can take them off.

      I opened a subscription with this company in order to view their meals and see if I wished to purchase. After only finding only a few meals that appealed to me, I canceled my subscription the same day (within hours). The company took the opportunity that I had items in my cart (without purchasing) at the time of cancelation to go ahead and charged me 3 times on that day. I have received no products from them and no refund. I took my complaint up with the merchant to be told they could not refund me due to me claiming fraud on the charges (of course I did!). The merchant was reading a script and very impersonal. They still refused any compensation at the end of the conversation.

      I created a new account excited to try out this new company I had never heard of before. I made sure my mailing address was correct, and made my selections for the weekly order. I was charged nearly $249 which I thought was high for the product to be received, but I wanted to at least try it out. The order was not delivered to my mailing address, and when I contacted customer support, they seemed to care about me. I was confused on the whole process, as I just wanted to receive my order. They offered to credit me for the order, but I really just wanted my order. I asked if they could get what I ordered sent to my correct mailing address and they said they couldn't. I asked to be credited towards my next order that was set to process the next day. I was told that I was refunded back to my bank and that I couldn't get a refund towards my next week's order. I just wanted to try this company's products, but I guess that's not going to happen. I paid the high amount for the food, but never got to try it out. It's bad business to take customer's money, not deliver their order to them, and then not provide the replacement the customer requested. It's very upsetting.

      Re: order ************* (*****************)and Order ********* (*****************)Both my boyfriend and I subscribed to meal plan with Factor75, both received 1 meal each, and both canceled our subscription directly after that. However, we are still being charged and just today received a box of food that I was told could not be returned.I first ordered my meal on 03/02 and paid the correct $59.49 charge with my Paypal account. Then on 03/17 my boyfriend ordered his first meal. $65 was charged to my Mastercard.(invoice states we were charged $59.49). I deactivated the account after that first week. On 03/24 my card was charged $59.49 and an additional $89.19 on the same day. I was then charged another $89.19 on 03/31, the same day I received a promotional email from Factor75 to come back and reactivate my account.I have called Factor75 customer service reps several times, requesting to elevate my situation with management. I missed the call and have not received another since.BOTH accounts have been deactivated yetwe keep getting charged!The customer service rep I just spoke with today confirmed both accounts have been deactivated. He insisted there havent been any other charges made to my card besides the two initial charges. He also told me there is no way for me to return the food we received todayEVEN THOUGH OUR ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED!!!I sent a copy of my credit card statement that clearly shows a charge for $65.70 on March 17 (although the invoice states you charged me $59.49), TWO charges on March 24 for $59.49 AND $89.19, and ANOTHER charge on March 31 for $89.19!I contacted the company and incorrectly told them they needed to refund me less because I forgot I made my initial charge via PayPal.We need to be refunded $269.07 for the two random charges of $89.19, and the random charges of $65.70, $24.99

      I signed up for this but didn't hit the pay button. I chatted with customer service but they said they can't refund me. They never sent a **** or a confirmation for an order, I only saw a billing amount on the credit card a few days later. I want my money back

      In order to view the meals you have to set up an account in which I did on March 16, 2022 but I did not click to confirm any type of purchase. Once I saw the meals, they didn't have anything that I wanted so I canceled my account 10mins later on March 16, 2022. On March 17,2022 I receive a notification that they did charge my card $79 so that same day I called the customer service & a lady stated that she did see that the account was canceled before anything was processed & I will receive a refund in 5-7days. On March 21, 2022 I receive an email that my order is being delivered so on the same day I called again! I reach another lady that says they can't give me a refund because my account was canceled but not my order && I have to accept the delivery. I told her that I did not even place an order to begin with and I don't want it!! I just want my refund and forget about this entire situation!!!
