On 12/9/21. Iordered food from this company. The next day I decided to cancel. I spoke to an agent on a chat and was told that I was canceled. I asked for two refunds, one for $17.98 which I received through PayPal. The $46.99 refund has not been received as of today 12/22/21. Two representatives have told me the $46.99 was refunded on 12/10/21. This amount is not in my bank or on my Paypal account.Last night the food order which I canceled showed up on my doorstep. I want my refund of $46.99. I think they charged me for this food.Order # ********* Thank you.***************************Business response

*************************** disputed the charge for $46.99 so I am unable to refund the order. I did place a credit onto the account for the cost of an order on us if she should decide to order again in the future.

Want great meals that never arrive? You should try Factor_75! Out of over 5 deliveries, only 1 has showed up. The front line customer service reps are easy to get along with and truly do the best they can to make things right, but the supervisors never call people back. They never refund people like they are supposed to, and they do not seem bothered at all about ******* lack of delivery. I spoke with ***** and a supervisor with that company told me that all food boxed are currently being thrown away instead of delivered because of their backlog of packages. What a sad thing when we have starving folks in this country! Factor 75 and I just are not a good fit. They are unable to deliver reliably to my area because they use ***** instead of **** They told me they were looking into switching providers in this are and would call me back and update me, but they never did and instead decided to keep sending things via *****. Now, I have canceled me subscription and am requesting a refund of $99 for my last box that never showed up.... Think I will get a call back? I doubt it. The Agent informed me to open a case here to force them into a resolution. How sad that their supervisors simply dont care about their customers. I guess that is what happens when you get bought out by a *************** Hello Fresh and are more profit focused then customer focused.Business response

We reached out to *************************** via phone and email. I was able to confirm the refund, and a credit was applied to his account. We are not able to change couriers for him at this time, but let him know we would reach out if that is something we are able to adjust in the future.
