  I go through a state health care called (Chasi) that helps pay a certain amount and I pay the rest. I found this H38**32383230303733H about a month ago and got registered (which they handled it unprofessionally in terms of communication). My son went there about 7 days tops. In the 7 days he was there, the people working there could not The last time I picked him up he was napping at the time, and when the lady brought him to the door he was scorching hot. He was running 102 fever. I asked the H38**32383230303733H to ask them what happened, and why did no one tell me. "Well he was asleep and I woke him up and gave him to you." was the answer I was given. I have no idea how long he was that hot for. I brought him to the hospital and fortunately it was not covid but he was sick and it made me sick as well. I then see a bunch of charges, 119 in total.He did not go at all this September and they are trying to charge me. They told me that I would be charged whether he shows up or not, which is incorrect from what I understand of the Chasi program. After I spoke with them they took 1 charge off and it was 90 something dollars. I go on the next day and it went up again. I&#**;ve been trying to call the last three days but no answer, even left messages. I went up there to talk to her and she was getting rather hostile with me saying how she is tired of people not paying her. I needed to get some of my sons things and I wanted to retrieve them. She refused. I called the authorities and eventually gave me some items but they were the wrong things and some of our stuff with missing items. Namely, the formula is what I really needed, but she was telling the cops it was donated. He uses a specific formula because he doesn&#**;t do well with others and he had been throwing up multiple times after coming home which leads me to think they did not provide the correct formula to him. She was hammering on about payment and seems to be under the impression that I was not going to pay, which, was never the case. I just had concerns relating to my child. I wanted to make sure what my child&#**;s needs were before I paid is all since her professionalism and attitude made me concerned. She unenrolled my son before I could pay so now all the messages between her and I are gone through the system.
