Had roof replacement done by this company on August 13th of 2022. A piece of fascia was removed for an unknown reason and was not replaced, leaving the framing exposed to the weather. At the side of the dormer, there are shingles pushing up from improper installation. At the bottom of the dormer there are old 3 tab shingles still visible and it is not flashed properly.

We value our customer's opinions very much. So much so we offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee. I have and will provide to BBB the signed completion certificate on this job. The work this customer is referencing is additional work, not included in the contract. I will be contacting the business and scheduling them in our calendar to take a look at the issue he mentions.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The work being referenced is not additional work. The business had stated interest in performing addition work but failed to reply to my inquiries as to when the roof replacement would be finished correctly. The work referenced in this complaint were things not properly installed and missing material. The roof replacement was done August 7th, I reached out on September 12th with pictures of areas of concern. I tried multiple times since then to get them to come out and finish the work they started. The owner failed to respond multiple times which led me to making this complaint. Company gave me a quote for additional work and I declined stating that I was holding off until the aforementioned issues were resolved. Was told someone would be out October 21st but they never showed. Can provide text message records if necessary.

1/27/2023: I went ahead and had another company fix the issues. I am not seeking reimbursement for those repairs. I just want this complaint posted for others to see.Customer response

Company resolved all of the issues.
