    I attempted to call the *****# multiple time but there was no answer. Order total $51.47. I was told that it would be 10 minutes and to pull up and wait for order. There was no instruction given as to whether my order would be brought out to the car, if we should come to the lobby door, or pull back around in the drive thru. After waiting ************************** food, we decided to get back in line and go to the window. Once, we finally arrived at the window. The cashier said that he lost the order, and we would have to wait another 10 minutes. I asked if we would receive a discount for the inconvenience and he said probably not. I asked him to ask a manager. He came back to the window and said that we could get a soda. I reminded him that my order already included a soda. I asked for the manager. She came to the window and said that the General manager was there and said that we could not get a discount but an order of wings. I wasn't respected enough to receive a simple apology. Feeling upset, tired, unappreciated, and frustrated, I informed the manager that I would be contacting corporate. I was told by the cashier to pull up and wait for my food. I asked would the food be brought to me or would I have to come to the door. He said, "No" and that I would have to go around through the drive-thru line, again because the lobby was closed. After going back and forth, the cashier said that he would bring the food to the door, while digging in his nose. I said that I would like someone else to bring me my food because he was digging in his nose. He told me he wasn't digging in his nose (run the cameras back). I pulled to the parking lot and waited another 15 minutes, and a very nice young lady brought me my food and apologized for the wait. Besides the young lady that brought my food to the door, I was very disappointed with the customer service. As a loyal and frequent customer to the company, I would like the situation to be rectified.
