If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. Please follow the following return procedure:

  Before returning any item, you must contact for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (RMA). No return of any type will be accepted without this number. After obtaining this number merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the receipt of this number. You are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. All refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. All returns must be sent via a courier that issues a tracking number.

  At Saba Botanical of USA, we want to make sure our customers get the products they need at affordable prices.
  
  On occasion, we offer (on a limited basis) free standard shipping to verifiable USA addresses meeting specific requirements. (Carrier is our selection, however, we generally ship via USPS and UPS on domestic orders.) Our Return Policy still applies to promotions: Before returning any item, you must contact for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.   Shipping restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, some items too big to ship to a P.O. Box must be shipped to a street address. You'll be notified by Saba Botanical of USA if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
  
  Weight limits do apply and the purchaser will pay for shipping costs of any orders totaling over nine pounds in shipping weight.
  
  Product Exclusions: Shipment of gallon-sized containers of any product will be paid for by purchaser.
