      *********************** of 360 Groups ** gave me a quote on installing a new HVAC system at my business. On October 15th I gave ******************** a $3100 deposit & was told he would purchase the ********************* & would start by the 1st of Nov. Oct 29th, he told me had everything he received everything & work would begin work the following week.Nov 1st I was told the crew would be at my location on Wednesday and Friday - no one showed up. He then told me work would start the following week - no one showed up. The 3rd week of November he told me his crew was ill and they would not be able to start the project. The 4th week of November he told me work would begin Dec 1st and 3rd - no one showed up. We discussed the delays and I was assured that work would begin on Dec 16th - no show. He told me workers would be on-site Dec. 22, 24, 27, 29 - no one showed up. On Jan 3rd he told me he would deliver the equipment at 11am on Wed the 5th of Jan. ** 12pm on the 5th he texted telling me he was on the road & would arrive at 2pm. He never showed up & made no attempt to contact me. I called him 5 days later on Monday the 10th & I told him I was done waiting. He promised he would start the work on Thurs the 13th - he did not show up. I formally canceled the project on Friday Jan. 14th and expected the return of my deposit. He claimed to be unable to send the money from his bank several times. On Saturday the 15th I agreed to receive cash from him on Monday the 17th. On Monday he asked to postpone meeting until Tuesday the 18th - he never showed up.It has become abundantly clear that ******************** is completely unreliable. He has never once apologized for the delays or expressed any regret for his inability to deliver on our agreement. He simply continues to promise and only fails to deliver. It is my wish that the BBB assist me in resolving this matter.His business address is a P.O. Box at a *** store and I have no way of verifying that he has an actual business.
