I played phone tag a lot with this company. I called in May, to start the process to open up my system. Its important to note that they also closed the system last year and the guy had wiped the whole system and reset everything making it difficult on me and the next tech that came this year to open up. Finally someone was able to come out they didnt have appointments, i had to sit around all day (thats fine, ill do it). They come set it all up, takes a little bit due to the guy last year. He leaves, i run everything and realize some stuff isnt working (my water *************** lines, zones 4&5.) I call and tell them, they schedule another appointment for a week later, with no time frame so i have to be home all day again. (irritated but i want it done) I show them, they say maybe theres dust and they tweaked something and it should be working let it run for awhile. I come out to my front flooded because i was letting it run but it was leaking from a pipe and wasnt even making it to the sprinkler system. So i call again, a few times. No ones getting back a hold of me, so i give up. Now im being told by ***** i have to pay for both visits and the mans being really aggressive. I told them i would love to pay for the initial visit but i want the job finished. He keeps telling me its working ( hes never been to my house). And now im beingn told i have to pay and additional ****** for the second visit that shouldnt of had to happen, & also still didnt fix anything. The plants in those plant beds are dead, i havent had time to hand water them and the zones havent worked at all this year. I dont understand why they dont want to just do the job right so i can pay and move on.
