ood afternoon. My name is *********************************. I was previously enrolled in the capstone course at ***********************. I tested out in December 2023. I havent received any information concerning my *** scheduling or information regarding my degree. Its been over three months. After testing out in December, I was unable to obtain any information for over a month. I completed all exams on Dec 7, 2023. After 6wks of not being able to get any information, returned calls, or emails regarding the next steps to scheduling my ***, on Jan18, 2024, I was told that I had to pay a fee of $850 to cover the capstone course. I quickly informed them that staff members told me that the fee would be covered. Upon further investigation, I was then told that I would only have to pay a portion of that fee which calculated to be $250. *** paid that fee and still received no communication for another three weeks. Once I was able to speak to a staff member, she informed me that the balance is cleared but I still needed to submit my clinicals. Im not sure when they planned to inform me of that matter but regardless, my clinicals have been completed and submitted prior to starting the capstone course. After explaining that to them, I was told that Id receive the *** scheduling information via email. Its now been over a week and once again, I cant seem to get any staff member on the phone nor could I get a response via email. So now, its been over three months of successfully completing the capstone course and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. *** asked numerous of times about the process to receive a physical copy of my degree and I still have not received accurate information either. Is there any way that a board member could reach out to me and possibly assist me with this matter? Ive tried everything and its completely out of my control.
