We are using ******-Premier for our new development. They are a complete joke. We have no maintenance, no amenities, yet we are getting charged for full service. It's been years and still paying for absolutely nothing. Stay away.Foster-Premier, Inc. Response

********,Thank you for reaching out. Your community is currently under development. The builder is still building out the community. Each owner is responsible for their assessments even during construction. When you purchase a home in an Association, you are obligated to pay your assessments per the Association's budget. The developer board has reduced every owner's current assessment until more amenities are built in your community. Each owner is responsible for paying their reduced assessments. Your account in particular has been late over ten times. The late fees were waived on seven of the times. Please be aware that the management company does not have anything to do with the amenities being built nor does the management company have the authority we waive your responsibility to pay assessments.Review from Terry C

Worthless. They manage the *** where I live, but you cannot actually talk to anyone with their company. They have a rep here in the *** office. She is rude and completely unhelpful. She will not answer simple questions, and she is unprofessional in many ways. The Foster Premier Regime will not give homeowners any actual voice in the ***, and the meetings are at times when most residents cannot attend. The meetings are virtual, and NO homeowners are ever allowed to talk or express concerns. You have to submit questions ahead of time, and those questions are heavily filtered by the Foster Premier rep before being given little ********************* by the phantom board that doesn't even include homeowners. Also, the fund for the *** has a nearly half a million dollar fund balance, but they are raising our monthly dues. Something is not right about that.Foster-Premier, Inc. Response

******* ***************************** has a licensed ********************* Manager on site in the Clubhouse Monday thru Friday. She is available to all residents during business hours. In addition to office hours all residents have her email address. Per the State of ******** the *********** holds 4 open Board meetings a year for which the residents are properly noticed of these meetings and encouraged to attend. All *********** questions are responded to during the meeting. The monthly financials are posted on the Community Website and owners have access to view these financials and ask any questions they may have.Review from Maricel P

After having our house built 3 years ago, my family and I were very excited to start our lives as new homeowners. Not knowing what I know now, I would of looked elsewhere. My husband is good at paying bills on time and have never had complaints till a month ago. Foster Premier accused us for not paying our monthly dues since last Christmas of 2022. If that was the case, our question is why tell is now? For ten months they said there was an error with our payments. Which is odd since our bank statements regarding our payments to the *** has been payed!! We tried to fight it but was given advice by legal counsel to pay up what we owe, so we did. Instead of transferring money from our bank, we now do cashiers checks for our Hoa bill so there's a paper trail. We just sent a cashiers check for the month of November. This morning I received a forwarded email my husband got from Foster Premier stating that we owe money from this past October as well as November! The association manager finally emailed us back after countless attempts to see what's going on with the money we've been sending. In the email the manager does not This is beyond the worst experience we have dealt with let alone our first time owning a house! Please when you see Foster Premier, RUN!!!Foster-Premier, Inc. The home in question was in a development under construction called ******************** 2 HOA. At the end of December 2022 an Amendment to the Clublands of Antioch HOA merged 167 homes from that association into the original Association. ******************* had not paid assessments from the day they purchased their home due to an unknown reason. The in-development Association had not hired an attorney to investigate nonpayment of assessments as of yet. The Purchases never disputed the payments being sent or sent in proof of payment to the attorney or the Association at any time that they had tried to make payments. Their account was received from the prior Association and a delinquency letter was sent out to the homeowner. The homeowner failed to respond within fifteen days via email, letter, or phone call regarding the missing assessments. As the homeowner failed to respond to our delinquency letter, they were turned over to collections with the Associations law firm per advice of counsel and with approval by the ***** of ********** The attorney was given all the facts of the case, including the fact that this unit had been merged into the Association as of January 1, 2023. The homeowner was again given thirty days to make payment in full including the legal fees on the account. There were no late fees placed on the account before it was turned over to collections. The homeowner was given until June 23, 2023 to make payment in full. They failed to make payment before that date and an eviction lawsuit was filed with the Clerk of the Court, increasing the legal fees they were responsible for per the Declaration and Bylaws of the Association. The homeowner finally settled the account on September 8, 2023 in the amount of roughly $2,600 and the case was dismissed. In November, the homeowner sent their payment in using the wrong account number, which sent the money to the old Association from before the merger. This had been addressed back in 2022 through various letters, email blasts, meetings and notifications that required the homeowners to pay their assessments using the new account number they had been given. When the homeowner reached out to management about this issue, they did so one time (not countless times) and only via email, management immediately investigated the claim and found the missing payment and the reason for the mistake. The homeowner was advised of their mistake within two (2) business days and that they were only upset because of the first time they were turned over to collections and that a process server visited their home during ********** ********** told the homeowner that neither the attorney nor Foster Premier schedule when process servers attempt to serve plaintiffs in collection cases and that we understood why they would be frustrated by such an intrusion.Review from Bryan F

Unfortunately, our rates have been going up by far more than inflation every year since I built my home 3.5 years ago. No explanations of why and no reasons for the hikes on the supposed breakdown of costs they sent to homeowners after we hounded them for it. They charged us tens of thousands of dollars more for Mulch than any company I reached out to would. Including Menards and *********** They never actually fix or repair anything that is complained about by homeowners. I've had a dead **** in front of my home since we moved in. I've complained about it time and time again, only to get the same response, it will be taken care of when they do special detail work. When? It has not happened in over 3 years. And according to them, if I remove it they will charge me for the ****. Ludicrous. An awful management company. They are rude and act like we are their subservients. They treat homeowners like they are doing us favor everytime they do anything. I've search for any HOA that charges this much and cannot find one. I cannot wait until we can vote them out and replace them.Foster-Premier, Inc. Response

Foster Premier, **** would like to respond to the complaint made by *********************** at ********** Garden Townhome and ********** Garden HOA. Foster Premier is the Agent for the ***** of ********** As the Agent for the *****, Foster Premier acts only to carry out the instructions of the *****. Foster Premier does not make the decisions for the Associations. The ***** of ********* makes all decisions. Regarding budgeting and assessments, the last two years were the only time that the assessments were raised in the last 17 years. Please know that the ***** of *********, the property manager, and Foster Premier reviewed each line item in budget. As a community gets older, there are more repairs and replacements necessary. Additionally, before work is done, proposals are obtained prior to any work being awarded. Every effort is made to keep the property looking its best while trying to get the best price for the services. The ***** of ********* does plant replacements in the fall to give the new plant material the best odds of getting established when it is not so hot. Each owner will have to assist in watering. Mr. **************** is one of the plants that is scheduled for replacement this fall. Thank you for bringing to our attention the fact that you feel that you have not been treated professionally. We certainly do not want anyone to get that impression as that is never our intent. Please reach out directly to our office with any other concerns. Thank you!Review from Jason L

Terrible HOA company. Our HOA was supposed to be $400 yr and we just found out its over $800 yr. Charging us a ridiculous amount of money and no service whatsoever. We closed in August 2022 and the subdivision has lights that dont work and hanging by the wires. Others have lived in here since Dec 2021 and theyve done nothing but collect ***************. Charging $82,000 yr in management fees for 5 houses. Subdivision is barely started and we have no amenities and being charged money for nothing. And when you contact them it takes weeks for anyone to get back to you. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.Review from Ellie C

They dont care about you at all. ***** is honestly one of the rudest cold hearted unprofessional people Ive ever had to deal with. She will brush you off and ignore you! If you have a real issue like a roof leak dont expect it to get fixed! The roof company they use told us they arent supposed to be telling us this but he can tell there is damage and the association is going to just put a bandaid not actually fix it which is exactly what happened! My roof is still not fixed ***** would not call me back just emailed me said your roof was fixed and it was my understanding you were there thanks thats all not even a call back or anything for me to let her know that i was actually not there the second time they tried to fix it and she didnt even ask me what was still going on just did not care at all. I dont understand why Im paying almost 300a month for what ? Our driveway was seal coated by a company they use in the rain yesterday it got all over my siding the garage door stairs looks terrible she does not care I asked to speak to her boss she said youre just going to get her voicemail ? Really does she not call people back if I leave a message ? ***** you **** and I hope no one treats you like you treat the people who live in the community you work for.
